"Home is large . Plenty of space for our big family . Property is private and has great views of the bay . Conveniently located within minutes of beaches, golf courses , fishing ,shops , restaurants, groceries & Water Whiz water park . Home is early 1900s with character of bygone era. There is no ac and in need of some minor repairs ( mostly exterior ) but was very clean with details to craftmanship that you just dont see much on newer homes . The no ac wasnt a issue for our stay as we stayed in early September and had a strong breeze coming off the harbor. All in all 5 star for our family "

"The house was beautiful. Located directly across the street from the beach. The porch was my favorite part of the house. I so enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch watching the beautiful boats, birds and other wildlife. It was magical!"

"The house was perfect for our last minute trip to the Cape! We enjoyed exploring the upper cape options and could not have asked for a netter home base. The house was clean, beds super comfortable, and there was enough space to spread out. The awesome outdoor shower was also a big hit!"

"The house was lovely and true to the photos. It had everything we needed, and was close to many things. Even though we were not over the Bourne bridge we went to the cape most days and enjoyed many things. Swift beach was lovely, we hiked near Plymouth Rock and went antiquing as well. We relaxed and had family dinners as well as enjoyed the fire pit! We rented a boat and had a lovely trip. The kids even went to Boston far a day to see the aquarium. Great vacation. "
