"Great modest hotel affiliated with a larger full hotel. Big room, comfy bed, very close to the West train. We also had daily breakfast—nice buffet with a great selection, a little different each morning. It was awesome!!"

"The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). The staff is not there for the whole day but as long as you check in before 8 pm, there will be someone there to help you. The view is great on top floor if you select the right level and right side as you can see the mountain at both days and nights"

"It became very bad and boring after what was so excellent I visited it for the third time in a row I was saying to myself the first and second time, there is nothing better than him. I loved him so much that I thought of buying shares if it was allowed. But after the last visit, I will not think about coming back again. I checked out at 6:00 am, knowing that my plane was at 16:00. The variety of food has been greatly reduced The able staff has disappeared Something big happened there Maybe the administration has changed."

"We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had a wonderful veranda to sit out on and enjoy the views. Breakfast was by far the best free breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and was in a great location. I will definitely be back."
