"The location cannot be beat for access to the Interlaken West train station. The lobby exits right onto the train platform. We were on 4th floor overlooking the platform, the canal, a quiet neighborhood and the mountains beyond. Barely heard the trains going by! The ferry for Lake Thun is also right there. Loved the floor to ceiling picture window view, even when it rained."

The staff was absolutely incredible. A special thanks to Patrik & Max for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. What made our experience even more memorable were the wonderful connections we made leaving us feeling as though we had made lasting friendships! And the views... absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the stunning Swiss Alps each morning felt like something out of a dream. It was easily our favorite part of the hotel, and a view we will never forget. Breakfast each morning was such a pleasant experience an we also thoroughly enjoyed our multi course dinner experience at the hotel. Our room was quaint, cozy, and full of historic charm. The location couldn't have been more perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything this picturesque village has to offer. Hotel Regina is so much more than just a beautiful place to stay. It's a place filled with character, warmth, and people who make you feel genuinely welcome. We arrived as guests and left with cherished memories and new friendships. We truly couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience and will return again! Thank you, Hotel Regina, for making our time in Wengen so unforgettable!"
