The space

The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is designed to make the most of the apartment's elevated position and sea views. Large wraparound windows fill the room with natural light, while comfortable seating and a Smart TV provide a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the coast.

The lounge includes a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and fridge, along with breakfast bar seating. It provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed evening meal overlooking the sea.

— Self check-in is provided using two key safes. The first provides access to the main building, while the second is located at the entrance to the apartment.
— Full arrival instructions and key safe codes will be provided before your stay.
— Nearby parking is available using a visitor permit, which we will arrange and explain before arrival.
— The property uses electric heating only.
— We are available throughout your stay should you need assistance.

Guest access

You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay, including the open-plan living and kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and all listed amenities. No areas of the apartment are shared with other guests or hosts.

Self check-in

Arrival is completely self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. Two key safes are used: one at the main building entrance and another at the apartment entrance. Before your arrival, we will provide the relevant codes along with step-by-step instructions and photos to make access as straightforward as possible.

Guest support

We operate remotely, giving you complete privacy throughout your stay while ensuring help is available whenever you need it. The quickest way to contact us is through the Airbnb app, where we monitor messages and aim to respond promptly.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

No Parties or Events
The property is strictly not suitable for parties or events. Any breach of this rule may result in removal from the property without a refund, and applicable costs or damages may be charged through Airbnb.

Quiet Hours
Please respect the residential surroundings and keep noise to a minimum from 10PM onwards.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £1000 charge may be applied through Airbnb if smoking is detected, to cover applicable deep-cleaning and damage costs.

Noise & Air Monitoring
Noise and air monitoring systems are in place to help protect the property and enforce the no-party and no-smoking policies. Loud music, smoking indoors or evidence of parties may result in action being taken in accordance with the booking terms.

Stays Over 10 Nights
Bookings longer than 10 nights require additional housekeeping at a cost of £75 per week. If this additional housekeeping is not arranged and paid for, the booking may be limited to a maximum of 10 nights.

Online Check-In Required
The lead guest must complete the secure online check-in process, agree to the applicable terms and conditions, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport before arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-in, when available and not pre-approved, is charged at £20 per half hour before the stated check-in time.

Late check-out after 10AM is charged at £20 per half hour.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
Bookings require either a refundable security deposit of £150–£250, depending on property size, or a non-refundable damage waiver of £40–£100, depending on the length of stay.
