Guests are also welcome to utilize the additional 176' of shared association beach to the right of the property, along with the association swim raft and club house featuring a ping pong table. Get competitive and enjoy corn hole and Can-Jam at the property. The dock can accommodate boats up to 20' in length, and with over 40+ miles of boatable waterway between Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River, there are endless opportunities to explore!
