"Check In was easy and the staff was nice. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice as well. It was a little bit dated and not the cleanest but it wasn’t “dirty” per se. The connected bar Cassidy’s was actually pretty cool as well. Overall though, a decent stay that was budget-friendly and the location was also a plus as it was a less than 10 minute drive to both downtown and the stockyards."

"The staff for breakfast was extrodinary. Neddy is friendly, courtesy, and attentive to the guests. Top notch Hotel appeared to be clean but the horrible smells as if they have backed up sewers or something else, was just down right deplorable. We had no tissue paper in our restroom, nor did we have towels. We called down to ask for service as we had just checked in. After two hours we went down and picked them up ourselves along with cleaning supplies. The hideaway bed had no linens in the room. When we went back down to ask for them, they were all out of fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows. We were given 1 flat sheet and bed liners/ pads for blankets. I booked my room over a month ago. What a horrible waste of money. I will never stay here again or another IHG property."

"The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas."
