Beautiful 42 m² apartment, on the 3rd floor of a new 4-story building located in the hills above Briançon.
Rated 2 stars, it features a 12 m² south/southeast-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the city and the Mélezin mountain.
It comprises:
- an entrance hall leading to the bathroom with a bathtub,
- a wall-mounted toilet, a tumble dryer, and a washing machine,
- a bright bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds with direct access to the terrace,
- a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, refrigerator, microwave, gas and induction hobs, capsule coffee machine, kettle, etc.),
- a living room with access to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a small table and four chairs.
The living room has a 140x190 cm double microfiber sofa bed. Private parking space in front of the residence (uncovered) as well as a private garage.
Please note: a building is under construction near the residence.
