Perfect snowy getaway
We had an unforgettable stay at this cozy cabin in Brian Head. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, and the spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group of 12. The pool table, barbecue grill, and rustic charm made our trip truly special. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

Wonderful getaway
The cabin was perfect for our large family gathering. The older kids loved the playground and playing in the woods. The porch was wonderful for enjoying the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Close to several fun hikes and allowed the feel of camping with all the convenience of a cabin.

Wonderful location for our family reunion.
This property was perfect for our large family gathering. We all had a lot of space and plenty of privacy. And the location could not have been better; it is beautiful and very convenient to many scenic locations and plenty of activities. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin
The space was great and the time spent was memorable. Be sure to bring a vehicle that can handle the snow in case you get there before the snow removal crew. It is a gorgeous space and the little grocery store is close if you forget anything. Definitely worth the drive. Bring plenty of people and you will have a blast.

Amazing place and location

Perfect way to start the Christmas season
Right off the bat we were pleasantly surprised that this home was larger than we expected from the pictures. The hallway with 4 bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom’s between was perfect for each of our adult children’s families. The family room had plenty of room for all 17 of us to gather together. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cooking supplies. There were plenty of blankets, towels and toiletries for our 5 day stay. Having a garage to park a vehicle was a nice touch in the snow and the driveway had just enough of a slope to enjoy sliding down with the little grandkids. On and off during our stay we had a deer on the lower porch. She was very friendly and enjoyed watching our event through the windows. We would love to rent this place again.

Great family retreat
Renting this property was perfect for us! The rental process was simple, clear, and quick. We used the property as home base for day trips and it was a comfortable delight to return “home” to each day. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed. Access was easy and directions were clear as to entry, and exit with clear, reasonable conditions. Everyone in our party was happy and complimentary about our choice to stay at this property. We would be happy to return.

Great place in the mountains
This place really met our needs for an adult family gathering. My only “heads-up” is to fragrance sensitive individuals. Bed linens were not washed with scent-free laundry detergent and softener and this did cause a problem for some members of the family.

Speechless !
Absolutely stunning. The whole walk around balcony was amazing. My family is definitely a front porch sitting family and there was plenty of room for that !! We had an absolute blast. Thank you for giving us the opportunity the visit the gorgeous cabin.

Great Family Place.
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this cabin home. It was homey and comfortable, although some of the furniture needs an upgrade. Thanks so much for sharing your home! We would definitely stay again sometime. Unfortunately we left one of our own quilts in the chest by the kids room area.

Lots of fun
This cabin is spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is big enough for all the adults to gather and talk and watch the knights game. When the owner found out the snow was pouring she did not rush us to checkout which was appreciated. We still left on a timely manner but not feeling rush was awesome.

Amazing
This was the first time in 16 years that my family and all my siblings families have been under the same roof celebrating the Holiday's. This Place exceeded our expectations, we were able to have extra space due to the fun layout of this cabin. The kitchen was big enough to cook Thanksgiving for all 20 people and not feel like you're on top of one another. So much fun and there was so much do at the Cabin and just up the road was the resort that had some runs open and ice skating. The local restaurants were really good as well. I recommend the Pizza place (Amazing!)

Great place for multiple families or couples
Ten adults celebrated our fathers 95th birthday. There were four couples, a brother and our father. We each had our own room which was really nice. We had a great time. Would reccommend this property to others.

We had so much fun staying at the Fir Cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
The cabin is a great location. We enjoyed our time there. It rained every day, but the rain was welcome and the cabin is well set up for rainy days. We had fun and made many memories.

More than we expected..
The cabin was perfect.. We met out whole family there, 18 total. Plenty of room for all. Perfect location, short drive to Brian Head resort. It was VERY clean and well kept. After a day on the slopes Instead of teens on their phones or video games they were playing pool, or sledding on the roads. What a great family vacation. I think it would also be a perfect cabin in summer...mountain biking, trail running and close to canyon lands. Kathryn was a great host. Everything was made very easy for our stay. Yes, we will do this again.

Tom &Colettes Cabin Family Reunion

Great getaway for the holidays!
Our family stayed at the cabin on Fir during the Christmas holiday. The atmosphere could not be more perfect, for a holiday setting. FYI: you will not be able to get to this property without a 4 wheel drive vehicle, this would have been good to know. We had to spend many hours finding a place to park a couple of vehicles, that could not make it up the hill. Once we got the vehicle situation figured out, we enjoyed our stay.

Brian Head 2019
Our family had a wonderful time at Brian Head. The new section of the cabin was very nice and the modern kitchen was great. The boys loved the pool table and we all had a great time together. Kathryn was easy to work with. The downstairs was a little unusual. We worried about the safety of the narrow stairs and the different levels of the floors in the dark. The 'Master Bedroom' could use some serious updating. It was quite cold and 'ensuite bathroom' is not user friendly.

The house is huge and works well for large groups!
We liked the house and the location close to the slopes was great. This space works well for large groups/multiple families. Our only issue was how lengthy and puntative the house rules document was. We are a four family group that travels together quite a lot and we have never seen so many pitfalls for possible assessments and such a lengthy check out/cleaning list. To threaten charges for touching additional linens or moving a chair is a bit over the top. We were all so spooked by the pool table rules that we were to scared to even touch it, much less play even one game. Also, the document information on beds should be accurate - there are not 4 king beds, there are 3. We all agreed we liked the house, but we’re just very nervous the whole time that we were going to do something that we would get fined for. And we are a very mellow and responsible bunch.

I am actually very easy on people --but I realize you have no way of knowing that. The main reason for this document is for those groups that not mellow and responsible and they are, unfortunately, out and about. As long as you are there is no issue. Great Getaway!
This was a great getaway for our family! We had about 15 of us, and there was plenty of space! It was in a beautiful setting, surrounded by trees, and the cabin was beautiful and so much fun for our family. There was plenty of beds, cooking supplies and it was nice to have 2 fridges. There were lots of fun movies for the kids to watch and games as well. Everything was in really great condition. We went fishing at the little pond nearby every morning and evening, we hiked at Cedar Breaks, and Bryce Canyon and we even went fishing at Panguitch Lake. It was a great location! The only thing I wish I would have known was that garbage bags were not included, and the hand soap and dish soap at each sink and in each bathroom had enough for maybe 1 or 2 hand washes....it would have been super easy to grab some of each of these from home instead of having to buy them at the general store. But overall it was great! We would love to visit again soon!

Fantastic
We had a family reunion with 17 of us and had a great time. We were close enough to take day trips to both Bryce and Zion National Parks. They were magnificent. The cable is in a great location and was very well supplied. Just be aware of the altitude, change Ming from Phoenix we did have to adjust to the high altitude but had a great trip

Great place!
We had a great stay at this cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect for us; far enough off the main road to give us a secluded feeling, yet very close to the ski resort (a couple minutes by car). The cabin is well maintained, cozy, and really well stocked with kitchen supplies and other items that we needed. The cabin is as spacious as it sounds as well. There were eight of us and we all felt that we could have easily doubled the number of people and not felt cramped. Our point of contact was extremely easy to reach and I was constantly amazed at how quickly she responded to my emails. I feel very confident that if there had been any issues that arose during our stay, they would have been cheerfully and quickly resolved. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Warm an Cozy with lots of space
We've stayed here twice in the last 2 months. The cabin has a great atmosphere and homey feeling. The owners clearly love the place and you can see evidence throughout of the little touches they've added over the years. Love all the space. Our first trip up was with our kids and they all loved having their own rooms. The second time was with friends (no kids on this trip!) and our time spent at the cabin was fantastic. Thanks for letting us spend time in your family's special place.

Very nice home at a reasonable price
The house was large enough for our group (15) to spread out and enjoy the property. The kitchen was well furnished and there were plenty of towels and amenities. The only issue we had was the "loft space" would be better described as a crawl space (two twin beds and a double) best used by kids. The low ceiling and multiple floor levels made it treacherous for us adults. Thank you for sharing your home.

Such a perfect cabin for our big group! We enjoyed the stay so much! And wow was Brian Head beautiful!!! Would definitely recommend this cabin. Our family actually ended up staying at this cabin twice this summer because we went with my husbands family and then mine for our family reunions haha. The price was so good that my family voted for this cabin as well :). Loved it!

Perfect for our Family Reunion
We rented this cabin and the one behind it on Spruce St for our family reunion (15 adults and 18 children). There was plenty of space for everyone and a playground in between the two cabins was perfect for our little ones. While there we enjoyed fishing on the pond in front of Brian Head Resort, hiking in Cedar Breaks National Monument, mountain biking and renting UTVs. Each kitchen was more than adequate to prepare food for our large group. The pool tables were a great bonus and the weather was perfect. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and quickly addressed any issues or concerns.

The property was perfect for our size of group.
The property was clean and the newer bedrooms were very comfortable. There was sufficient room that our group could meet in different rooms and enjoy communicating and renewing aquaintances. The living room and kitchen provided room for dinning and working together on preparing meals. My wife was so pleased to have all our children together which is next to impossible at our home.

Wonderful Family Reunion Retreat
We had a great time at the Fir Cabin. We had plenty of room for the family with the comforts of home and lounging. My grandson already told us that he wants to come back here next year. The pool table really ended up being the gathering place each night as the adults chatted and laughed and the grandkids colored and played under the table.

We arrived to snow falling so a little concerned what we would do, there was lots of board games and just being in the beautiful setting was wonderful. We went tubing, built snow forts and sledding it was a super weekend with wonderful accommodations. Thank you

Great cabin for groups
We loved our stay in this spacious property. There was plenty room for multiple families with kids. Lots of different spaces to hang out so it never felt crowded. Well equipped kitchen and sleds for the kids to use.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It was a beautiful place, very roomie. We went up there with a church group and the cabin had a large enough area for us all to comfortably meet together. Kathryn was great, very quick to respond as well as very helpful. I definitely would rent again.
