The staff is amazing here! So friendly and willing to help! From housekeeping to the front desk to the check in at breakfast, even walking around they would say hello! There's a beautiful deck to sit out on. The only thing is the jacuzzi is in a tiny fenced off area off the pool with no view :-( and there are a lot of large trucks out on the road, not the lodges fault at all but kind of a bummer. Short walk to the lodge, not sure how the walk is in the winter though.

Clean safe environment. You can take your dog to stay with you, but it is not allowed anywhere other than your room. Made it a bit hard for restaurant orders and pool areas with kids and a pet. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Only issue was a flight of stairs we had to navigate to get to our room. Staff was helpful and even called us to make sure we would make it in time.

First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of town. Brian Head is a wonderful place. We did a staycation with our 5 kids and their families and it went great. We will come back again.

The front desk staff were great at both check in and check out. The pool could use some more towels as there were none when I was in the pool area. The restaurant was an interesting experience. I’m not sure how that place would function with more than a few parties. Waitress was trying to tell me daily specials but couldn’t remember them, I felt like I should start trying to guess them for her. Maybe write them down if you can’t memorize them? And couldn’t answer a question about the menu and shifted me to the bartender. The bartender was odd, seemed too busy compared to the rest of the staff. While I was ordering and he answered the chicken was breaded, he then told me I could look at the menu more while he made more drinks. Very abrupt & odd as there was no pause from myself. I didn’t need to look at the menu more and already had a second choice but no big deal.He also either wouldn’t take the time to ask to sub breaded chicken for non breaded chicken (both were on the menu so it made no sense) or the policies of the restaurant are odd and don’t allow simple exchanges. Needless to say not many gluten free options on their menu. Once the food was up the bartender was very interested in his tip though and went so far as to ask me if it was for him while I was still sitting at the bar and occupied. If only he had that much interest when I was trying to order. Over all the hotel is in a great location & enjoyed my stay but I’ll pass on the restaurant if I ever go back.
