Family ski trip
We had a great vacation and love our time spent in Brian Head. The cabin is nice. It is not very well stocked with any extra amenities. If traveling there, make sure to take extra towels, washcloths, and all kitchen needs such as tin foil, spices, garbage bags, baggies and cooking items you may need. It is drafty and could be cold because of the high ceilings. You will want blankets and slippers to wear throughout the house. The cleanliness of the cabin, was okay. I find the cabins in Brian head all seem to have a problem with the cleaning that’s done. This cabin wasn’t any different than our previous rentals. My only complaint is, we paid a lot to stay hoping that it would be different from our previous trips. We have definitely stayed in cabins that were more equipped and as nice for much less.

Best Cabin Ever!
We had such an amazing stay. Cabin was stocked with all our needs and wonderful amenities. Would definitely love to stay here again! Close to slopes but even if you don’t ski, the cabin had the best snow right out it’s doors. Would highly recommend!

Really an amazing place
This was all we expected from the pictures and more. The details of this beautiful home are amazing. The layout was perfect for a big group. The host was easy to contact and always quickly responded if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house for groups!
This was our second time at this property, the layout is ideal for multiple families. We love that there is plenty of room for us to all eat together. The area downstairs is perfect for the kids to hang out. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect family reunion house!
This was the perfect house for our large family reunion group. Such a beautiful location with lots of activities to do close by. Plenty of bed spaces for everyone to sleep and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the huge fridge, freezer and pantry were so helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Fabulous experience overall. The location is beautiful with plenty to do at the cabin and nearby. The only negatives are that the beds were subpar and there were not enough supplies so bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and your own laundry detergent. That being said, we will definitely stay here again!

My friends, family and stayed here for our yearly Brian Head ski trip. It was the largest group I have invited. We loved how spacious the cabin especially the kitchen. We never have enough room and this time it was perfect. Also the view was amazing. We would come back again.

Wonderful Stay

Amazing Cabin
Our family of approximately 30 people, ages 2 and over stayed at this cabin over the Thanksgiving holidays. (The high chair was a huge bonus.). It is BEAUTIFUL! We never felt cramped or crowded. The owners so smartly put two huge tables to seat 20 in the dining room, which were utilized the entire time between, food, crafts, and games at each table. It was wonderful. The two full kitchens made cooking for the holiday no problem. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids after they came in from the snow and the adults and teens loved the sauna. We were literally a minute from the ski resort and general store. There were areas for the kids to sled right there on the property and they had a blast making snow angels, snowmen, tubing and sledding. The family room is huge and was plenty big enough for our family lip sync contest. The view is AMAZING and there are millions of stars in the sky at night. We had to contact the owners for a medical device we forgot and they were so kind and willing to help us get it back. We hope to stay here again next year. It was worth the money! We were very happy. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely Perfect
This property was everything it was advertised to be. The suites were beautiful and convenient. The kitchen was supreme and had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals for our family. We loved the refrigerator and freezer because we could fill it with all the food that we had purchased for our family with no problems. We loved the views from the great room. The sunsets were stunning! We would love to use this beautiful home again. Thank you for sharing it with us for our 50th anniversary reunion.

Fantastic Location with Room to Spare
The property comfortably accommodated 32 family members for a southern Utah reunion. More than enough living, sleeping, and playing space for our large family. The home sits toward the eastern edge of a mountain community development--just minutes from downtown Brianhead and Cedar Breaks, so we could be as close to civilization (or as far from it) as we wanted. We were within walking distance from trails so those looking to run or ATV at 10,500 feet could get their fill. Owners were extremely responsive when the disposal suddenly stopped working early on in our stay. We couldn't have picked a better place to gather!

We had a family reunion here with 35 people 2 to 80 years. Such an incredible place to be. Large gathering spaces for eating and plenty of spaces to feel like you have your own space. Stunning views! It really made all the difference for our gathering to be in this beautiful home with space for all. Worth every penny!

Five Star all the way!
This property was incredible. It had all the amenities and plenty of space for our group of 20. This is a high end property and feels like home--dual masters on the main floor and upstairs, dual head master showers (which have steam capability), dual kitchens, dual family rooms, 8'0 doors throughout, custom cabinetry, sauna, etc. The location is also fantastic as it has convenient access Bryce Canyon (75 minutes), Zion Canyon (90 minutes) and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (3 hours). Book this property if you want to have a fabulous time with your whole family. We can't say enough good things about this property.

Great Family Reunion Site
We had a wonderful 3-night family reunion and the spacious home and large property suited us perfectly. Large kitchen, dining, living and deck areas made for good food prep, eating and gathering spaces for a large group. It's a modern home with everything in clean, working condition. The kids loved the hot tub, ping pong table and corn hole set. There's even a sauna, though we ran out of time to use it. The owners were very communicative, responsive and good to work with--everything went very smoothly. We spent most of the time in the home and around the property, thought we also spent time at Bristlecomb Pond and park in the town of Brian Head a 3-5 minute drive away and at Cedar Breaks National Monunument 10-15 minutes away. The evelevation at the home is 10k feet so it stays nice and cool in the summer. This was an excellent site for a family reunion or large group gathering.

20th Anniversary Getaway
Our very large family was able to stay in this house without overcrowding it, that’s hard to find! We loved staying here, the kitchen is great for preparing meals. The sauna and spa were great after a day on the slopes! The house has spectacular views, very comfortable beds, and the owners are super easy to communicate with. We would absolutely come back!

Stunning views
This house has stunning views all around and the pictures don’t capture how beautiful and comfortable it is. The picture window in the upstairs master bedroom perfectly framed the Big Dipper in the night sky while we were there. There was so much space for our big family reunion. We absolutely loved everything about it.

Everything about this place was wonderful!! Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Rooms were perfect for each family to have their own space and privacy. We enjoyed taking little hikes nearby and the little reservoir in Brian Head was great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Also, Ryan was great at responding and answering any questions we had. Very nice place
Cabin is new and very clean. Our entire extended family was able to gather comfortably. The weather was fantastic and it was a nice reprieve from the heat. Would absolutely recommend this cabin. It would be nice to have some curtains or blinds, particularly in the main floor master bedroom.

Perfect home, perfect spot!
This home was absolutely amazing! It was clean, all furniture and finishes in this home are beautiful and we love that it had separate areas for people to hang out. The setting is gorgeous and there were so many great things for our family to do in the area (Cedar Breaks, hiking, biking, little fishing pond and community area was a hit because it had activities for kids of all ages). We loved the views, the fact that each bedroom accommodated so many people, the hot tub and that kids could “explore” in the backyard. We will definitely try to make it back here! Owner was awesome and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had before stay and during stay. Totally recommend-everyone loved this place!
