We went to celebrate our daughters college graduation and everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were very good at communication and quick responses. The house was clean, plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, and also a beautiful home. Highly recommended.
Our group of six friends who went to graduate school together try to meet up one weekend a year. We've been to Brevard many times but his year we stayed at Jamie's property and it was perfect. It was close to the greenway walking/biking trail, coffee shops, restaurants and breweries.
We had a great time at this lovely house to celebrate a birthday. Upon arrival, we found granola bars and a guestbook with area maps, activity suggestions and household rules. Ceiling fans kept us cool, and our young adults loved the loft for movie night. Waterfall showerhead feature in the master bathroom is amazing. We enjoyed dining out, shopping and attending fantastic events at Brevard Music Center, a short drive away. Finding ants in the kitchen was a minor issue along with the snug fit of large furniture in the small dining area. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Refrigerator has food that carries over from previous guests, so the basics are there with a replace if you use policy. Neighborhood is up and coming but we really didn't see neighbors and had no issue. Glad we found this lovely home.
The house is new, beautifully decorated and close to town. We traveled with our 2 early 20's children who each brought a friend and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. I would highly recommend this property.
Well supplied. Nice, new construction. Everything functioned properly.
Only (minor problem) was that outside trash container was way too small and was filled when we arrived (we took it to street on trash day, as requested), so we stored the trash bags with garbage inside to avoid outside animals from tearing them up.
