Pisgah Perfect-Hot tub, Hammocks, Fire Pit, and Views!
Newly constructed, private treehouse on a secluded 7-acre mountain top property. With HUGE views, private acreage, and tons of outdoor living space, our 385 sq-ft treehouse won't disappoint. This unique property is surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest and close to Dupont State Forest, Nantahala National Forest, and Gorges State Park. Plan to hike to waterfalls, fly fish, kayak, tube, and visit local breweries, or just decompress, relax, and enjoy the spectacular mountain views! AWD and 4x4 is not required to access the property, however, the 1 mile drive off the highway is a bumpy gravel drive so drive slow and low ground clearance is not recommended.
The treehouse has a spacious outdoor living area with a hot tub, fire pit, picnic table, grill, tent pad, upper and lower decks, all with an amazing view of the Blue Ridge Parkway to the northwest and Broad River Valley and SC Foothills to the east. Our treehouse is 1 bed, 1 bath and includes a fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless appliances, full bathroom with tiled shower, and a sleeping loft with two double mattresses.
There is no WiFi available, but cell service should be good.
The property is near Rosman and Brevard, NC with access to nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls, fly fishing, kayaking, tubing, breweries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are several public access points to the North Fork Broad River along the main road up to the treehouse. Our property is located in Transylvania County, known as the Land of Waterfalls, with over 200 waterfalls in the county. There are more than 25 trails with over 600 miles of biking and hiking within the surrounding forests.
-4 miles from Headwaters Outfitters & Forks of the River Tap Room (guided fly fishing trips, canoe and kayak rentals, tubing, food trucks, taproom with local craft beer and wine). -10 minutes from hiking and waterfalls -20 minutes from Brevard (shops, restaurants, live music venues, shows, and festivals) -25 minutes from Gorges State Park -25 minutes from Dupont State Forest -30 minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway

Exactly as pictured, very clean and welcoming. Great views and lots of privacy/quiet. The trail at the bottom of the driveway was easy to access for quick dog walks when needed. Short drive to lots of places and waterfall hikes. Will be back!
House was amazing. Highly recommend setting the alarm and catching a sunrise. Beautiful view. And Ryan was great to work with. We'll definitely book it again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Peaceful Perfection
This house was exact what we were looking for as far a peace, tranquility, and mountain views. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug, relax, and experience nature. The house was perfect.
Beautiful views and very private and lots to do in the area.
We enjoyed hiking in the nearby forests and walking around downtown Brevard which had amazing shops and food. We equally enjoyed hanging out at the treehouse, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games, and having evening fires.
Beautifully appointed treehouse with all the right amenities. And such a terrific area for a getaway. Will be back… can’t wait to see what winter is like.
This space is exactly as advertised. It is like living in a treehouse…but luxurious. The rugged drive up adds to the overall experience. We loved everything about it. The communication was excellent. We felt like VIPs. Will go back!
The treehouse was a perfect little spot for our family to unplug and connect for a couple of days. It was just like the pictures, so well maintained and beautiful inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast and eat "in". Between the games, spaces to sit and read, hot tub and proximity to trails and waterfalls, we had plenty of space and ways to entertain the entire family.
