About this property

Great Location 30 minutes from Storyland, Santa’s Village & North Conway

  • Large four bedroom four bath townhouse, sleeps up to 14, 12 in bedrooms plus queen size pull out couch in lower family room, the base rate is based on a maximum of 10, each additional person is $25 per person per night. Large great room with cathedral ceiling; fireplace; views of Bretton Woods mountains and ski-slopes (62 runs- longest 2 miles!) from great room and deck. This town house is not air conditioned. Fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy - no need to bring anything except your clothes or climbing/hiking/kayaking gear etc.. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans you will need; all new bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels/ washcloths (also new) provided, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish-washing tablets, large garbage bags, blender, coffeemaker and filters, all dishes, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, outdoor gas Grill(must be pulled away from Condo), gas stove & oven, 2 fridges with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, slow-cooker, washer, dryer - in fact everything you will need - just bring your stuff and relax! Important- We have carbon monoxide /smoke detectors on all three levels, they are powered by 120 volts with battery back-up( batteries were changed March 1, 2024). There is a outside security camera pointed at the parking lot.

Family Weekend Getaway

Our favorite place to stay! We look forward to staying here every year. The condo has everything we need and the location is superb; in the middle between North Conway and Lincoln. The view of Bretton Woods is gorgeous and Mt Washington is right around the corner. We love to walk the Loop too. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

Perfect place for our family. Mid way between Franconia and North Conway. Beautiful location with beautiful view. Rental had absolutely everything we needed included pots and pans, spices, utensils, small appliances. Can't wait to return!

White Mountains Getaway

This property is awesome, spacious and comfortable with excellent views of Bretton Woods ski resort. We had a great time in the area tagging 5 of the 48 4,000 footers. Communication with Bob was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Santa's Village trip

Nice place with enough room for our group. the location is good for a lot of different agendas. Ours was Santa's Village and it worked good for that. Not enough parking right at the house was the only draw back.

Beautiful, clean and great views

This town house had everything needed for 10 people ranging from 1 to adult. Plenty of toys to keep the children occupied. There was also lots of room for all with comfortable beds and furniture, a nice fireplace, and all you need to make a meal. We visited Santas Village, it was a great location, less than half hour. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We would love to return next year!

We spent 3 days with our extended family going to Santas village. This is our second time staying in this lovely condo and it was just as good as we remember! Everything is clean, not broken, great family room in the basement with kids toys. Only wish it had a/c bit the basement bedroom stay cool.

Summer trip to storyland and Santa's village

We had a great stay at this condo. Little trouble with the door code but able to get in touch with the owner and in the door within 5 minutes. Location is great for our family! 30mins to storyland and santas village. Plenty of room for out extended family. Water heater did give us some trouble had a couple cold showers but it was fixed the next day.

Amazing Wedding Get Away Location

One of my family members had a welcome reception for her wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel followed by the wedding and reception at Omni Rosebrook Lodge. Fantastic location close to both venues. We could see the gondola and Rosebrook Lodge from the back deck of the unit. We loved the unit. Plenty of room for the 9 people who stayed. 4 bedrooms all with king beds. Two of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The lower bedrooms share a bathroom. Half bath on the main floor. Lots of space to get ready for the wedding. We did some exploring and saw the beautiful fall foliage. I can't imaging how fun this unit would be if you were an avid skier! Such a fantastic location. Would stay here again and would recommend for a vacation and/or a place to stay for a wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Well kept, clean with everything we needed.
