"Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with. Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well ! Have also booked for our return journey."

We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. "Great weather , we had a wonderful time. The older children enjoyed sleeping in the cottage. Great out door space, enjoyed the bbq area and the tennis court. the bbq did need cleaning before we could use it. On the down side, broken out door lighting meant it was very dark in the evenings. The pool is small. Not enough cups if everyone wanted a hot drink and no bowls. ( we had to buy bowls so the children could have cereal in the morning) One of the toilets was very dirty, There wasn't a gym. "
