In a residence with a shared heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), in the Pied de Chaume district, a small house sleeping 5, located approximately 600m from the beach and shops, comprising: direct entrance into the living room (flat-screen TV, table, chairs), fitted kitchenette (3 electric hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven), an alcove open to the living room (1 sofa bed + wardrobe), shower room (shower, sink, washing machine, toilet).

A mezzanine overlooking the living room (1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed).

Patio with covered terrace (garden furniture, table, chairs, electric barbecue) and private parking.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€80), to be booked through the agency.

Security deposit: €250 BY CREDIT CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
