The property was awesome. We loved it. The staff were very helpful & the laundry facility were great

Striking distance to the city centre and restaurants. Our first 2 days was in a room with a balcony beside a construction site so did not afford the privacy to the room unless you pulled the blinds down and had thw room closed off from natural light. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful and moved us when a room was available that further away, giving more privacy. Breakfast was awesome.

Perfectly set up for visitors to the summer opera in Verona. A spacious room on the river with a marvellous host to tell us all about Verona. Just like staying with family!

Top location with an exquisite suite

Everything was perfect the rooms beautifully appointed, views were stunning food and wines excellent … cannot wait to return to this lovely location.

I had trouble accessing the place as my phone wasn't working to call, but spoke to the ppl in the clothes store downstairs who helped me. The apartments are new and awaiting auto lock access which will make it much easier. This room has two beds and is simply STUNNING. Its beautifully decorated and central to the old town.

The food and the property were unbelievably good. The staff were lovely and it felt like staying in the sweetest doll’s house. So so beautiful - couldn’t be happier!

Lovely room little bit noisy being on the road. Service was fabulous the room was lovely, bed was 3 singles pushed together left a little gap in the middle but overall comfortable
