"Upon my second stay there, my bed springs were very bad. People were pretty friendly. They charge for just regular black coffee which is very expensive for not being a special coffee. Bad for Uber pickup. They only accommodate taxi cabs"

"Bad experience. Loads of hairs between the bedsheets. No concern or questions from staff when I asked for a clean sheet. When I was changing my sheet, uncovered even more hairs as well as what looked like about 5 bed bug casts. Similar in our second room. Both rooms also stank of aftershave and there was a suspiciously strong air conditioner in the hall. Checked out without sleeping there - staff offered another room but we wouldn't risk it since it did look like small bed bug casts. Staff said they only check people in so there's nobody to talk to about a refund and we'd have to contact Expedia, which we did, and they were not able to arrange one. Hundreds of pounds down the drain. FYI if you get there in the evening you have to get the staff from the bar underneath the hotel, and the rooms have no kettles - it's in the hallway."

"Hotel was very good. Room was excellent though the air conditioning was a little noisy at times. Very nice cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Car park was very useful, though the costs given on the phone were doubled with no notice due to there being an event on at Wembley Stadium! Would definitely use the hotel again."
