Beautiful property, short drive to all the shopping stops. The space is very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with & we have zero issues navigating to and from the property.

Cozy and quaint property

Such a cute little house on a beautiful farm. Nice little touches everywhere. My young family with three kids loved our stay and we only wish had more time there. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time.

EXCELLENT! Love everything about the ranch house! Spacious, exceptionally clean, beautiful interior and we had relaxing evenings on the deck. Our favorite is the clean, refreshing and beautiful pool! Caring and attentive host, we so appreciate everything and DEFINITELY will be back!

Cozy stay

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Ranch Motel. The house is small but comfortable. Location is great, not fall from Round Top Square. We were just there overnight, so we didn't get to explore, but the property is beautiful! The owners have always been very responsive. Definitely will stay there again.

We love staying at the Ranch Motel! It is located close to Round Top but it is very quiet and peaceful. It has 2 bathrooms which is a great bonus!

Cutest little house!

We stayed at the Ranch Motel during the Round Top winter show and it was COLD. But this house was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

I had 5 employees who had to work until 2 am and needed a place to stay for a few hours and go back to work next morning This property was 3 miles away from the job and was quiet and clean and welcoming! Beautiful area

Round Top 2021

We loved the little place, it’s decorated so cute! There’s a lot of comfort packed into the place too. The owners are very nice and stopped by our first night to visit a few minutes and make sure everything was good, super nice couple! The Double K Ranch is beautiful and secure, we felt very safe and enjoyed the peaceful setting.

Roundtop Warrenton La Bahia Antique Adventure

Wanted to be away from the the hustle and bustle of the Antique Show. Could not have found a better place! Great for cooking all of our meals! Need to just bring your food and relax!
