It was not what I was expecting . It was not a neighborhood I wad looking to stay . The check in process unclear that the key box was at a different location. We left a day early .

Entsprach nicht der Beschreibung
Die Anzeige entsprach keinesfalls dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Defekte Spüle, kein Wlan, drei nicht funktionierende Fernseher., defekter Backofen der dafür sorgte, dass der Strom sich immer wieder abschaltete, Fenster ließen sich schwer öffnen bzw.schließen, in einem Zimmer roch es unerträglich nach kaltem Rauch, Stromkabel die in der Küche aus der Wand guckten, eine nicht gereinigte Badewanne.Außerdem befand sich die Wohnung im Rotlichtviertel, soetwas sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/ bzw. der zuständigen Verwaltung konnte erst am zweiten Tag hergestellt werden. Die Mängel wurden nicht beseitigt, stattdessen wurden wir den ganzen Tag vertröstet. Haben uns dann auf den Abbruch des Urlaubs und eine Rückzahlung geeinigt, die wir bis zum jetzigem Zeitpunkt nicht erhalten haben, auch hier werden wir Woche um Woche vertröstet. Angeblich verzögert sich die Rückzahlung immer wieder aus verschiedensten Gründen. Noch nicht einmal die Adresse bekommen wir, um unsere Beschwerde schriftlich einzureichen. Meiner Meinung nach ein völlig unseriöser Vermieter.

Sozialer Brennpunkt zwischen Bordell und Spielhalle
Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und optisch sauber hergerichtet. Ein Teil der Möbel schien neu. Die Matratzen waren unbeschreiblich unbequem und alt (Sperrmüll?). In dem "Wohnzimmer" hat es nach Zigarettenqualm gerochen. Aber das schlimmste: es war unbeschreiblich laut. Die Fester ließen sich nicht schließen und der Straßenlärm war ohrenbetäubend. NIE, NIE WIEDER!!!!

Leider sehr dreckige Wohnung…
Bremerhafen bietet vieles zu Besichtigen. Klimahaus, Auswandererhaus…. Die Wohnung war leider sehr dreckig, insbesondere Küche, Bad, Flur. Sofa im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls sehr dreckig und fleckig und unangenehm zum sitzen. Ähnlich an vielen Stellen in der Wohnung…Spüle in der Küche wegen erheblicher Undichtigkeiten nicht nutzbar… Es tut mir Leid für die negative Bewertung aber nur dann hat man auch die Möglichkeit etwas zu verbessern….:
