"A Really convenient location, directly opposite a tram stop for access in to Basel, but it is only a 10min downhill walk to the city centre, so used more for the return to the hotel. We got free travel tickets for bus and tram rides in and around Basel. It is also valid for the return trip to the airport. So worth investigating about the free transportation. "

"Some reviews say it is a 10mins walk from the train station. There are 2 train stations and the international one, we came in from Strasbourg, is a 36mins walk! Our mistake but worth noting. The bus back ( which is free) stops outside the hotel. A functional busy hotel with friendly efficient staff ideal for a 1 night stopover"

"Very good sized room, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff very friendly. Hotel a little dated and no mini fridge. Wifi connectivity intermittent also. Overall would recommend as a great choice for a hotel in Basel close to the train station. Would stay here again."
