"A real sense of history if your room is in old building. Excellent restaurant. Centrally located by harbour and enjoyed wonderful view. A full and enjoyable day walking in local area without using car. Great for birdwatching. Good supermarket nearby and hot dog stall clearly of high quality. A locally significant museum attached to a nearby cafe. All very walkable Breakfast at extra cost. Fair selection but staff slow to replenish and some items missing on second day. Shared shower not well designed and makes shower/toilet area wet. Pillows past their sell by date. Duvets didn't match. Would come again."

"Room was clean & spacious, amenities were good, excellent heat/hot water, parking was right out front of the unit. Nice quiet town. The "Cafe Cozy" 1/2 a block over was a great lil spot for food and drink, the owner was a really nice guy. Yes the room was basic but perfect for our needs and met expectations."

"It was a beautiful location, friendly staff and great food / accommodations. Only thing slightly negative was the quality of the road leading into the cottage area. Big section with tons of bad potholes that need to be filled in. Otherwise the place was amazing and definitely recommended staying here"
