Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Owner Double Booked Unit

We got to the resort, and the owner double-booked the unit and never returned one text or call, and was without a place to stay. I'd never book with this owner if you don't want to run into a situation where you show up to a vacation without a place to stay, and the owners don't care at all or even let you know. Very disappointing.
