Walk to the slopes! Completely remodeled with 5-star finishes and private hot tub!
Skip driving and parking! Across the street from Snowflake run at Breckenridge Resort, this freshly remodeled 4 en-suite town-home could not offer a better combination of ski/town access, luxury appointments, yet still offer that tranquil mountain-side getaway! Expense was not spared with the redesign of this stunning home...every luxury finish and unique touch hand-picked by a local award-winning designer. Spend less time going and more time doing. Walk to the ski slope or local free-bus transit, or make a short jaunt down to the shops and restaurants at Breckenridge's city center barely a mile away. But wherever you are, you are not far from your return to this cozy home-away-from-home. Get lost in the large Chef's kitchen, grill some steaks on the balcony, relax in front of the high-def Smart TV with thousands of digital movie-options, sit in front of the fireplace, or soak in the luxurious private hot tub on the rear patio.
An inviting entry with custom built-ins give ample space for the coats and gloves. A glamorous entry-level laundry with modern front-loaders make the drying of the wet clothes or warming of the sweaters easy. Soaring ceilings with elegant yet rustic beams, a quiet reading nook, formal dining for 8, and additional seating for 4 at a massive Italian marble island mark the open living spaces on the main floor. An upstairs loft/overlook presents a small office nook to check some emails. In-floor heating keeps the floor warm to the bare feet. Each touch and finish will invite and impress. From the chic steel rails and European lighting and chandeliers, to the reclaimed barn wood floor, unique glass and steel tile, all-stainless chef's appliances, a touch-less faucet, and beautiful wall coverings, wood paneling, and decor. You will NOT want to leave.
When done for the day, venture to one of the 4 luxurious en-suites. With a queen and up to three king beds (one can be a king or two twins), any of the suites/rooms are a treat. Soft white linens, luxury mattresses, and cozy comforters may tempt you to stay in bed, were it not for the large menu of adventures calling your name. Each private bath is something out of a magazine, with glamorous detail, walk-in showers, soft white towels, and spa-quality soaps and shampoos. The primary master is massive; boasting a 70" flat screen, and an over-sized 5 piece bath that looks like it belongs in a 4-Seasons. Soak in the European style free-standing tub, warm your towels on the warming rack, or soak in the multi-head walk-in shower. This suite in and of itself is a vacation! Luxury touches like embroidered robes, Belgian pillow chocolates, some complimentary lip-balm, and locally fresh-ground coffee top off the luxury experience.
There is garage parking for 2 vehicles, and room for up to 2 additional cars on the driveway. Available concierge services mean that any pre-plan detail or mid-stay desire can be heard. From professional drivers, to an in-home masseuse, private chef, or fridge stocking. Whether a full day on the slopes, a visit to a local brewery, a day of golf at our local Jack Nicholas designed course, a day at the spa, or shop-hopping on Main Street. The offerings and options are plentiful, and there could be no better place to come home to than Aussie Elegance at Slopeside.

The property was located near public transportation but also walkable to Breckenridge. The home is very mountain chic, beds are comfortable and the hot tub felt amazing after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and the house was very clean. Definitely would stay again!
Excellent property for a group. Kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with everything you good need. Basically ski-in / ski-out access to a beginner-friendly green run. Management communication was quick and helpful! Hope to be back again!
The house was in excellent condition, comfortable, well designed, clean, extensively well equipped. The walk to the slopes was short and simple. The kitchen was especially impressive, perfect for cooking as a family. The management was helpful and responsive. We loved everything.
This home has the perfect location! Easy check in and check out process. Communication with house manager was perfection. This home is ideal for 2 families traveling together. We each had our personal floor with our kids. The ski in and out was SO EASY. Will be back!!!
We brought our three sons, daughter in law and two girlfriends to stay here over New Year’s weekend. It was one of the cleanest homes that we have ever rented and that is a very big deal to me! There was plenty of room for eight adults to stay comfortably. The location of one slope is almost right behind it and it is also walking distance to the Beaver Run lift. Lots of items to cook with. The only negative was they left coffee for us, but no coffee filters. Hiwever, we were able to Uber to a little grocery store and buy some our first evening there. Also we loved the town of Breckenridge!
Had a wonderful ski vacation at this beautiful, super comfortable home. Would totally come back and stay here again. Home was everything I wanted it to be.
The ski house is in a perfect location, well furnished, extremely comfortable and clean. It was just what our family was looking for on our annual ski trip. We look forward to coming back.
The house was exactly what we wanted and it was very clean, modern and cozy. Convenient to the village (can easily walk in about 15 minutes) or quick drive. Everything we were looking for with our family of 3 boys. We would definitely stay again.
During the busiest time of the ski year, this house helped make things go smoothly. Ski in and out at Snowflake Lift, less than a mile from market to stock up, and property management helped make pre-ordering things like groceries, ski passes and ski delivery seamless. Nice open living concept for family of seven, cooking meals, games and movies. Comfortable bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and heated garage a nice touch too.
We stayed at this beautiful home in July, and it was truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. The house is stunning - immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of modern and rustic decor. Each of the four bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort for our family. The location is ideal - close to scenic hiking trails and only a mile from Main Street. It was easy to walk, drive or hop on the free shuttle into town. Keep in mind that the walk home from town is uphill and can be a challenge if you haven't fully adjusted to the altitude. If you're visiting in the summer like we did, it is important to know that most mountain homes, including this one, do not have air conditioning. We found that keeping the windows open and using the provided fans - especially in the third floor bedrooms - helped keep things cool at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, with every detail carefully considered. We appreciated the concierge service, which delivered and stocked our groceries before we arrived - a nice touch after a long travel day. Still, the Breck City Market is just over a mile away and very convenient for a quick trip to stock up.I have very high standards when it comes to vacation accommodations, and this home exceeded every one of them. We were all genuinely sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
Beautiful home! Spacious, well equipped. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Snowflake trail. 10-15 minute walk to Main St. restaurants and shops. The views are spectacular! Summit Luxury Estates was a pleasure to work with. Quick responses to any queries, called to ask if we needed anything after checking in. A truly professional and friendly experience! Definitely would stay here again!
A beautiful place to stay as we approached the wedding day of my son. The rooms were spacious as each guest had their own bathroom. The kitchen was a dream! It was well stocked with usable dishes and utensils. We will definitely use this place again next time we are in Breckenridge.
We stayed here with a group of friends (6 total) and found the place very comfortable and accommodating. The mgmt company is friendly, helpful, and quick to reply. The location is really convenient, maybe 2 mins by car from the city center area, with lots of shops, restaurants, and stuff to do -- but also right off the hwy that takes you to hikes, skiing, and the rest of the fun outdoorsy activities.
I would recommend the house and would stay here again.
This house was gorgeous and just as pictured. It’s a short ~5 min trip into town and a short walk to the bus station that will also take you into town. I would 100% stay here again and use Summit Luxury Estates again.
I have no complaints! This house was just as described on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable, close to Main Street, nicely decorated and renovated and an overall wonderful home. We enjoyed hiking on various trails around the house and the convenience to downtown was so nice. I highly recommend this beautiful home!
We had a lovely stay in this 3 story townhouse. We had 6 adults and two kids (3 & 7). The home is beautiful and impeccably equipped! The living room/kitchen area is huge. Each bedroom has its own en suite with a shower or tub/shower. The Master Bedroom is grand with a large en suite and even a towel warmer (we didn't use it given it was June). The hot tub out back is in new condition and works great. Love having separate towels for drying off after using the hot tub. Management is very responsive to questions via call or text. We only have two suggestions. Consider adding fans/ceiling fans to the upper bedrooms and maybe the living room. No A/C and no breeze makes for warms nights. The deck furniture also needs updating. Those are minor! Compared to a beautiful, spacious home in the Rockies!
