This mountain cabin feels like home and is only one block from Main Street and two blocks from BreckConnect. It has five bedrooms and three baths. The location is great for walking to the BreckConnect gondola, restaurants and shops. Enjoy mountain views from the six-person hot tub. One-car garage, three car driveway, front deck, and fenced backyard with deck and Weber grill.

The ground floor has an open floor plan with den, dining room, and kitchen equipped for 10. Den has cathedral ceilings, stone gas fireplace, Smart TV with cable. Dining room has a wall of windows with a view of the mountains. The kitchen has sunny windows and granite countertops. The ground floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom with stall shower. The bedrooms on this floor include one queen, a set of bunk beds, and a daybed in a room with a tv and a door to the backyard. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, window with a view and a master-bath with steam shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath with shower/tub. A Pack n Play is available for guest use. Crib sheets not included.

Nice Place Close to Main St and Gondola

We had a great stay here. The house fit 10 people comfortably, with lots of amenities (hot tub, fireplace, big dining room table, etc.). And it's a short walk to both Main Street and the Breck Connect Gondola. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We had the best stay. The house was as described, very clean, beds were super comfortable. Our family of 5 had more than enough space, could have had another family stay. The backyard was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

A Comfortable Stay

Pamela was responsive and a great host. The home is pretty well represented in the photos on the VRBO site. The property was clean, quite, comfortable and conveniently located near the Main Street of Breckenridge.

Family reunion/ski vacation

So close/convenient to Breck town and gondola to ski. Wonderful large common space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor hot tub during zero degree temps was the icing on the cake.

Perfect House for families, adults or groups

Great house, beautiful open windows have awesome views of the mountains. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals. Awesome location. 5 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Break Thanksgiving

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration! We even got to experience a good old-fashioned snow storm. The home was so cozy and well equipped with everything we needed for a fun week of family time. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location/well stocked

We loved our stay! We considered ski in/ski out but so glad we chose this house instead. Walking into town is minutes away. We could either walk to resort or drive and park in 5 minutes. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need. The hot tub was great and the parking proved helpful and easy!

Great Place Great Location

House had everything we needed and more. Great location to walk to the gondola for skiing or to walk downtown to the shops. Plenty of parking and a fenced in backyard for the kids to play was also a plus. The host was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property

Check in process was electronic and super easy. The home was very comfortable, well kept and well appointed. Though much larger than a cabin, it had that warm comfortable feel that a mountain cabin would have. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was in great shape with everything completely operable. House is in a great location, easy walk to the gondola and easily accessible to town. Having a garage that was capable of housing one car plus ample space for ski equipment was a wonderful bonus. Will stay there again when back in Breckenridge.

A wonderful white Christmas!

Being from Australia, we have always dreamed of a white Christmas. I found Pam’s house as it sounded perfect for our family of 9 and when we arrived we were blown away. It was so clean, beautifully decorated, exactly how the property was described. Pam even surprised us by putting up a Christmas tree, the kids were so excited. The location was sensational! It was walking distance to Main Street, the Gondola and everything fun like Carter Park Sledding Hill. We absolutely loved our stay here, it exceeded our expectations.

Spring Break 2024 Ski Trip

This property was everything as advertised. Walking distance to the main gondola made getting out skiing/snowboarding each day an ease. Also short walk to all the restaurants and bars on Main St. so if you do not have a car this location is perfect. We did have a few issues during our stay but communication with the property manager resolved the issue VERY quickly. Can't wait to book again. 5/5 stars!

Wonderful!

We were a party of four (parents, teen and grandma), and we all loved the house. The big table for dinners and puzzles; the hot tub for sore skiing muscles; the comfortable beds and soft towels; the proximity to Main Street for shopping and eating; the garage parking to keep the car snow-free, etc. The communication was top-notch too. Questions answered within minutes! We all had a great time and would stay again!

Breckenridge Treasure

Our family of 8 including children and adults enjoyed this Breckenridge hideaway in the center of town. The location is centrally located close to the Connect Gondula, restaurants and the grocery store. We did not have to use our vehicle except when we took our family on the sleigh ride at Two Below. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with every amenity we needed. The family also enjoyed the covered hot tub on several nights. And even though the house was centrally located, you felt like it was hidden in the trees and away from traffic. We will recommend this property to our friends in the future. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great place!

Enjoyed our stay. Two families with boys ages 4-17. House is ideally located to town and fairly close to the gondola. We walked a couple times to ski and dropped off a few times. House was good for our group of 10. The upstairs bedrooms worked well. Kitchen well stocked. The garage is a huge plus. Left our ski gear in there every day. Would definitely stay again. Finally, great value for Breck!

Another great stay at this house

This was our second time staying at this particular property. Check-in was easier and better than before now that we can use a code on the door, no need to pick up and return keys anymore. The property was just like it was described, plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. A fully stocked kitchen, garage, and private hot tub. TV navigation was a little tricky when going between cable to netflix etc, but we figured out voice command on the remote was the way to go. We will definitely be staying here again! The only thing I would like to see is a larger hot tub to fit more people, but now I’m getting greedy. Lol

Big house, close to town, not the cleanest of places

The house was nice and spacious and mostly clean. We had 10 family members 23 years old and up staying here. The bunk beads are very small. The walk to the Gondola makes getting up to Peaks 7 and 8 very easy. Also the house is a short walk to the downtown area. The fire place in the living room made the house cozy after a long ski day. The kitchen is as expected, stocked with cheap beatup cookware and was very disorganized. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. There was no hand soap in the kitchen. There were enough towels for everyone to have a bath towel but then there was no hot tub towels so you had to use your bath towel for both. The master showered was not cleaned, I had to remove a wad of someone else's hair and used soap bars. The second bathroom upstairs did not drain while you showered resulting in standing water in the tub...eeew. Lastly there was not enough toilet paper for a week for 10 people like they said there should be. We started with a partial used roll and 1 back up in each bathroom. There was also 1 tissue box in the entire house with 5 tissues in it. So as you can imagine we ran out and had to go to the store. One family member got a huge sliver in his hand from the hand railing while he was walking downstairs. Lastly the hot tub guy came while we were there without notice and walked into the back yard and surprised a few of our family members that were in there rooms getting ready with the blinds open.
