This freshly renovated studio unit features new furnishings, modern decorative touches, updated bath and kitchen and the location could not be better! Located at the base of the Peak 9 Mountain, you will enjoy easy ski slope access. This condo is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, drinking and more that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer.

This spacious studio suite sleeps 4 and is perfect for year-round adventures. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access on Peak 9, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! You can ski during the morning and come back for lunch in your own condo! In the summer, you can hike, swim, bike, fish, golf, horseback ride, white water raft, and much more! Or, just kick back and enjoy the view or sample one of Breckenridge’s many restaurants, breweries or distilleries!

New renovations bring a modern, yet classic style to this condo, including a spacious King Size bed, new appliances, and a fun vintage ski vibe. Guests have plenty of room to relax on all new furniture in the living area in front of a flat screen TV, with full Google Home integration so you can cast your favorite videos and play your favorite music from your phone / smart device! The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of the Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full, updated kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils, including a combo Keurig / coffee maker. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms, including a dual vanity, for your convenience and privacy.

It is nearly impossible to beat the location and convenience of the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include a remodeled in 2022 indoor/outdoor pool, multiple outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.
