It’s no secret why Tyra Summit Breck Hideout Condo is one of our best-selling ski-in/ski-out properties: Location! Not only does it sit on Four O’Clock Run, it’s also just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge. This is the place where your family and friends want to stay … and they’ll love you for booking it!

This spacious ski-in/ski-out, 4-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo has room for 12, so bring the whole gang! The living area is large and inviting with light pouring in the large picture windows overlooking 4 O’Clock ski run. There’s lots of seating for everyone to gather and trade ski stories, enjoy the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is large, newly remodeled, and fully equipped with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table sits six people comfortably, with room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access and underground parking. The complex clubhouse features a swimming pool and hot tubs. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location and great time

The location cannot be beat. We had everything we needed and management was very responsive with issues or questions. Vacuum replacement would be good because we wanted to clean a bit before leaving. Easy check in and check out and again very appreciative of management responsiveness.

Overall pretty happy with this stay. Right on the lower 4oclock run this place is a great ski in location. Ski out is convenient, you are right on the trail, you will have to cross the street to hop on snowflake lift however. Place was clean and comfortable. Had a great time.

Nice condo and in a great location for skiing. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tubs are closed all weekend. It was a huge reason we booked the property, so we were all really disappointed. Otherwise good stay overall!

Top Shelf on Four O’Clock

We had a great stay at this condo. Great size and location. Even though it’s a bit hard to walk up 3 stories in ski boots, there is an elevator shared between the two buildings to help us flatlanders bring stuff to the top floor. Highly recommend for a family or two.

We enjoyed staying here. It had enough room for 2 families with small children. The kitchen could have slightly better amenities -- namely there weren't enough spoons and the knives were kind of dirty. But everything else was great. We would stay again.

There is a ski route right outside the balcony. We literally walked down the stairs walk around the building and jumped on the route. Where the route ends you walk across a street and jump right on a lift. It was perfect. We had a fairly large group of 11, this made it easy to come and go. Some people not wanting to ski all day, others from sun up to sun down. There is a location right down the road that rented skis, not too far from Main Street either. Overall I was extremely satisfied about my stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were horribly uncomfortable. There were 9 in our party, we stayed 3 nights, and we all ended up fighting over the couches. It was HOT in the rooms, despite turning down or off the heat. Most nights we slept with the windows in our rooms open. We also do not feel as though the unit was cleaned very well prior to our arrival. There was trash on the mantle, a hair tie on the floor, along with other noticeable pieces of trash on the floor. We did enjoy the ski in ski out location, however there wasn’t an elevator in our building and this unit is located on the 3rd floor.
