Nestled in the Tyra II complex along Four O’Clock Run, this ski-in/ski-out condo puts Breckenridge’s slopes right at your doorstep. Ski right back to the complex at the end of your day on Four O’Clock Run, and when you’re ready to head out, it’s just a short stroll to the Snowflake Chairlift for quick access to Peak 8. With year-round appeal, the location also offers quick access to the Sawmill Trailhead and community hot tub for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious, thoughtfully furnished living area featuring a classic wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), a large Smart TV, and comfortable seating to unwind with friends and family. The walk-out patio brings in plenty of fresh mountain air and offers the perfect spot to enjoy the views. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table make it easy to share meals and stories, whether you’re fueling up for the day or winding down in the evening.

Mountain view was perfect overlooking the valley. The snowflake lift is just down the road within walking distance, and the condo overall was very nice.
