Step outside and you're practically on the slopes—just next to Beaver Run and The Village base area. In winter, hop on your skis and glide straight from the building to the lift. In the warmer months, explore nearby hiking trails or stroll to downtown Breckenridge, only a five-minute walk away. You'll also find shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and après-ski favorites within easy reach, making this an unbeatable location no matter the season.

Inside, the condo sleeps up to eight guests and features a bright, open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and private patio that overlooks the ski runs.
