Nice place at upper end of Main Street. Quality views from deck. Issues minor, no batteries in remote and humidifier was cracked (didn’t expect one, so what’s to be disappointed 😀)

Was not able to cool the apartment. Bad experience due to the heat. The location is great, though I felt like I overpaid. It wasn't a big apartment and it was in a big building. Overall decent, not great.
October visit Great views. Loved being able to walk into town. Heard a little road noise from bedroom but Box fan solved it. Living area nice And cozy . Bathrooms a bit dated but fine

We arrived around 7:30. Thank goodness I called ahead because Apparently I needed a code for a lock box. They conveyed this through a text at 11 pm the night of the stay. Bad communication. The condo temperature hovered around 78 degrees (all heat off) and the windows in the bedrooms wouldn’t fully close or lock (aka no sleep for me as the smallest noise had me jumping up to check to ensure all was fine in my son’s room). I called the property management company to help w the heat and windows but I received no response.
Great location to Downtown and shuttle route or walk to lifts if you wanted. Condo was well appointed for cooking and hanging out. Ski closet was huge!! Condo can get hot when fireplace is on so adjust accordingly. The only thing that really needed improvement was both shower heads they just dribble out water. Minor deal we still got clean! Parking can be tight so be aware of that. Over all very good place and would stay again. Solid 4 rating
We rented this VRBO over a month ago. Most check in times are 4pm so we decided to go to keystone to ski first. When we get to breck, I wasn't able to find the main office right away and so I called to ask where they were based off of my location. Her reply " I literally have no idea where you're at." I brush it off, find the main office and get the keys. We get to our room about 6:30 pm...2 hours after check in. Our room was never cleaned, beds slept in, towels on the floor, bandaids, trash....disgusting. I call back down and the young lady apologized which I appreciated. She gave us a new room. The manager was not in all weekend so I had my bf (who booked the room) call to talk to her. We thought it would be fair for somewhat a reimbursement since we get here to a dirty room and had to relocate. Apparently Edna thought otherwise. She stated we were upgraded (which was not the case, the room still only slept 8 and no extra amenities) and had private access to a hot tub (weird the PUBLIC hot tub was closed until the 8th). I dont typically leave reviews like this but this one was warranted. We will not be renting from anyone managed by Great Western Lodging again.
Very clean and comfortable. Had a nice deck and lots of windows. Free WiFi with full amenities. I thought it would be further out than I wanted but once we got there the location was great. Would definitely stay again!!
I could not have been more pleased with the everything. We were there for my son's wedding and the location could not have been more perfect. Easy walk to main street and all of the shops, and then just cross the street and a short ride up the mountain and we were at the Lodge. There was more than enough room for the 4 adults. It wa a bit warm the week we were there, but just open the windows and turn on the fans and it was perfect. The staff at check in was very friendly and they made checking in and out very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Breckenridge and I would stay there again in a heart beat.

The unit was very clean and much larger than expected. The kitchen was well equipped but all the appliances need to be upgraded. The refrigerator had to be repaired while we were there due to it not cooling. The ice maker also did not work and I was told would not be repaired. The location was ok but not to great for walking to the slopes especially with little kids. The location of our particular unit wasn’t especially ideal due to the bedrooms facing highway 9. There was a lot of road noise. When we checked out the lady at the front office did not even apologize for the inconvenience of the refrigerator. That was very annoying.

Condo is very clean and very spacious. Close to town with a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. One of the best vrbo properties we've stayed at in summit county. I do have to agree with another reviewer that the condo is way too warm though. The heat was off for our entire stay and it felt uncomfortable warm unless you had a majority of the windows open. I noticed that most of the condos in our building had their windows open all day and night with fans in front of them so it seems like it's a building-wide issue.

Very nice space, clean, convenient to town, fully supplied kitchen, no noise from other units, had everything we needed. We liked the hot tub and the closeness to town. The road next to the apartment can be a little loud. Overall we had a very good visit.
