Breathe in the fresh mountain air from this cozy forest apartment. The residence features an open-plan living area, wood finishes, a balcony with a BBQ, and a bonus upper level loft sleeping space. A great spot for teens. Located on the bus route and one stop to town or the mountain, you can't find a better spot with a nice remodeled finish and upgraded new bathroom to enjoy your time! Super fast WiFi and a community coin laundry make this condo a great option for extended work from home stays as well! Two parking passes are included too! Sleep well on 3 new memory foam queen mattresses! This is a great place for 3 couples or a small family. StayLTD manages several condos, some right across the street! So if you have some other friends coming to visit or staying the same dates, just let us know we can take care of the whole crew!

This was a quaint and cozy place to stay. Great sleeping spots for us and 2 teenagers. Awesome location and easy access to town and the mountain.

Great property had a wedding at the Nordic center, walking distance away. Downtown Breck, was about 5 min away from shops and restaurants.

Excellent location and a great place for a couple

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, and the condo is perfect for a couple, or up to 1 or 2 more. It's been said in other reviews, but the sleeping space in the loft has a very low ceiling and a steep ladder to get to. It could work for teens, but not for a toddler nor an older person (who might need to get up at night). Also, there's no table, so a couple can eat at the low counter facing the kitchen. But if you have more than a couple, others have to sit in the one chair or on the couch while eating. Overall, it's a great place for a couple. If you have more, they'll be sleeping on the sofa in the small living room, or in the loft (if they are teens).

March stay in Breckenridge

Our family of 5 had a fabulous time skiing in Breckenridge. The location was great, one stop to peak 8. We appreciated the ski locker and parking right outside. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and it worked well— might have been a little tight had we wanted to eat all of our meals there. The bed was comfortable and our kids appreciated there own space in the loft. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

Condo was great and in close proximity to ski resort. We did not take advantage of the free shuttle, but instead drove to the ski resort which was maybe a 5 mins drive. Brett was easy to reach! This condo is best suited as a one bedroom for a couple and maybe one additional person, as the loft upstairs requires climbing up a 90 degree ladder. Fortunately I was able to easily get up there, but wouldn’t be easy for everyone. All in all, the condo was great and worked well for our ski trip! Thank you, Brett!!!

Nice Place - Super Location

Brett's place is very conveniently located between Peak 8 and town. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (mom, dad, 15 & 18 year old boys). I really appreciated the Britta pitcher provided. It made it easy to stay hydrated without depending on water bottles. I would stay here again but things I would tell a friend are: Security does not mess around about parking!!! Put the red parking permit on your dash or you will get a sticker on your window in less than an hour. You access the loft through a scuttle hole. It's shown in the photos but even my nimble & athletic teens got a little tired of going up and down the ladder 4pm is a hard check in time. One member of our traveling party was struggling a bit with altitude sickness. I reached out to Brett to see if we could access the place early but go no response. 10am is a little earlier than we would like to check out but we made it work by packing up our car and parking at the gondola lot (3 minutes away) and taking the gondola to the basin for the day.

Wonderful Space, Incredible Design.

The functionality of this space will make your time in Breckenridge seamless. The Kitchen is fully functional and well laid out. The living area can handle any type of gathering, and the loft is such a cool use of space. Access to the bus and overall proximity to the Resort and Downtown should make Brett's locations a top priority when planning your trip.

we staid for downhill skiing 2 teenagers and parents- nothing else due to covid; we would walk or take the shuttle to the mountain, depending on time of day; apartment was big enough, nice, with good light; modern and cozy- thank you!!
