Great location for ski in/out - close to Snowflake lift. Very spacious with lots of room for family of 5. Everything was clean and was very cozy. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice for two rooms to have king bed vs two rooms with two twin beds. Overall it was great!
enjoyed this day the house was up on a hill because it was ski and ski out and so for summer bikes it worked great because we ended up renting a bikes which weren’t that much more expensive than regular bikes, but renting bike is fairly expensive in Breckenridge it was also a short hike up to a lovely pond where there was one really good fishing spot. The house was as described. It was large and good value for the listing price had trouble communicating with the property manager had to actually call him instead of them responding timely to any messages. This was Vicasa. Vacasa should send someone every six months just to check on light bulbs and smoke alarms.
Location was a true ski in/out, although skiing back can take some energy if the snow is slow. I gave 4 stars because the garage code didn’t work and Vacasa said they would fix it the next day but they never came out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and floor which was nice. The home is spacious, the hot tub clean and warm, plenty of kitchen supplies, good internet, heated floors in master bedroom were all nice. The rugs were quite old and torn up in places but the house was clean. I would stay here again.
The property was exactly as advertised and had PLENTY of space for our group of 5. The ski in ski out was super convenient (you can see the snowflake lift from the back window). Skiing back in is a slight traverse after turning off onto the snowflake run, but it really wasn’t bad at all especially because you ski right into the back of the house. Would highly recommend for any ski trips, and would definitely stay again
We have stayed here before. Property is always clean and taken care of. But maybe in a few years, you might update furniture. Things get worn in time. But, we’ve stayed at the one next-door and we enjoyed it. The house is always warm and the hot tub is always hot!

Great Location
My family and I stayed at Saddlewood in late March. The townhouse is wonderfully laid out, with no bedroom being directly on top of the other. It was very quiet! Lots of space for two families. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids. The hot tub was also clutch for after the slopes. The ski down to the snowflake lift was a breeze. As others have mentioned, just a bit of poling to get back to the house. There are two small stretches, each no more than a minute or two. We have stayed at several locations on 4:00 road the last three years, and this was the best.
Great location to snowflake lift & downtown
Upstairs bdrm needs hot water faucet fixed - no hot water from one sink
More towels for hot tub
Could use nicer bedding, (sheets, etc)
Kitchen was lacking in a good selection of cookware.

Great property
Great ski in and ski out even though there was not enough snow to open it up from the run to come home. We had to walk a little but it was fine. House was great. Perfect for our family!!! Service was amazing and super easy!!
Loved it. Look to book again in the future.

Clean and well appointed.
I stayed here while traveling for business. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evening. The home was clean and had everything I needed. It was also conveniently close to the market and restaurants, just a short drive away. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Good location - condo badly needs work/updating
Good location for ski in and ski out, regardless of snowflake run flat spots.
However, the carpet was old, coming up in parts, and dirty. The stove only had 2 burners that work and was unplugged when we showed up. The front burner knob seemed to be stuck on, but it didnt work. So,. I assume they were working on this and didn't dop a full repair. The dishwasher was disgusting...it was clogged in the bottom and I couldn't clean it out. It did not work very well and I consistently just cleaned dishes by hand after they went through the washer. The furniture is very very worn and old. While most of the common surfaces were clean from dust, anything that wasn't common had a thick layer on it.
This is privately owned, but managed by Vacasa. For the money, I would look at other places to rent even if they didn't have a hottub.

This unit needs some serious upgrades
Although this unit says ski in/ski out the ski in part can be difficult since there are a few flat spots. Be prepared to pole in on your way back unless your an expert skier.
This unit needs some serious upgrades. The furniture, rugs and curtains need to be replaced. The mattresses in the twin room - again needs to be replaced - I could feel the springs in both twin mattresses. Stove and dishwasher should be replaced. Dishwasher door has separated from the rest of the unit. We were there for 9 days and were afraid if we used it that it would leak. We called the management company and were told it was a supply issue as far as getting a part. Just go to your local hardware company and buy a dishwasher - I mean really how hard is that ??? Stove top is separating from the the rest of the stove. No small plates in the kitchen. Coffee table is in really bad condition - so much so that people have started carving their names in it. Arms on living room chairs are filthy and at the very least need to be steamed cleaned as does the all the wall to wall rugs.
If the main requirement you have is to ski out easily then this is the condo for you.
If you care that your spending thousands of dollars for a nice condo that is actually both easy to ski in and out of then this might not be the place for you. My husband works in the ski industry so we have skied all over the US and also Europe. This condo is on the bottom of our list for sure.
This was a nice ski in ski out condo right off of a green run at Breck. The location is great, and the townhouse is spacious. Overall, we had a nice stay, but communication was poor. On arrival, the oven/stove was not working. We called the management company who said they would send for a technician. Nobody showed up. The next day, we called again. We were told that they knew prior to our arrival that the oven/range didn't work, and one was on order. They elected not to tell us in advance--which was a bummer since we had purchased groceries to cook on the way to town. Aside from this, the place was nice. Vacasa was frustrating to deal with.

Overall great!
Separate rooms and bathrooms on separate floors made it great! Hot tub was amazing. Ski in-ski out to snowflake lift was great. *snowboarders beware that you will be pushing a lot on the trail back home at the end of the day! Location is still worth it though.
Only criticism is the kitchen could have been stocked better with cookware. Plenty of plates and cups but pots, pans, and spatulas were slim.

Disappointed
Ski-in / ski-out was convenient, however, was a bit of an effort for flat sections getting back to house
Overall, house wasn’t as well kept as I expected for the price - carpets we dirty and worn, furniture was old and, significantly, none the beds were comfortable.
Surprisingly, the dishwasher was broken - door fell apart when opened and wasn’t workable. It was clear that there was an attempt to repair it in a manner that was inferior - so they knew it was a problem and didn’t resolve it properly.
The hot tub had so much chlorine it wasn’t usable - used once for a short time and suffered from lungs and skin irritation.
Overall, very disappointing stay.
Property was as described. It's a little dated but has everything you need. Didnt have to call property management for anything. Hot tub was unlocked when arrived and able to use that same night. Thank goodness cause I read previous reviews. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. We have a Honda pilot and that fit just fine in garage which is heated. It is a ski in ski with run that leads to Snowflake lift. As others have described it does have 2 flat areas or 3 if beginner.. Not a deal breaker , just bomb by C chair and you will get you most of the way there on a board but you will have to push through second area. Beginners would have to push through 3 sections. This rental will be a option if we stay again in Breck.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Excellent Home, BUT make sure Snowflake trail is open
This is an excellent home in a fabulous location. Only problem, when reserving I only considered ski resort being open when I looked for this ski-in-ski-out home. When I got there the resort was open, the snow flake lift was open, BUT the snowflake trail that enables this home to be ski-in-ski-out was closed. I did not read anywhere in the listing or during my reservation that stated “ski-in-ski-out PENDING SNOWFLAKE TRAIL BEING OPEN”.
This property is located in one of the best areas of Breckenridge. Ski in, ski out with a short walk to town. Walk out the garage 10 yards, click/strap in, and ski/ride down to the lift. The return is a little challenging across some flat parts down Snowflake Lift run but well worth it.
The house itself was as promised. Clean town home with plenty of beds. The only issue I had was not getting the access information until 24 hours before arrival. It would have been nice to get it 72 hours beforehand as I was unaware when it was coming.
The place itself is very nice. Plenty of space, nice that we could have 2 vehicles. Its pretty close to all the shopping and restaurants too. We walked to quite a few places just for fun. The ski in part is a really long cat walk so that's hard for a lot of people to do because it's so flat. You end up walking most of it. There's a hot tub there too but we didn't use it. Check in was easy, everyone was very nice. We would stay again.
