You can ski in/ out on Four O'Clock Run, grill on the deck and soak up the views from the new hot tub, or head into town for shopping, dining and more. The Breckenridge Nordic Center offers rentals and trail maps for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, and also snowcat adventures. Carter Park in town has a dog park, sledding hill, and playground, for an easy family outing. Everything is just minutes away. If you want to explore a little further, Frisco offers a marina, a nordic center, a great sledding hill, and additional medical facilities and grocery options ... all just 15 mins away. In warmer months, hiking, biking, climbing and fishing opportunities abound, and mountain temperatures stay moderate and not too hot!
