Ski in 3 BR + Loft / 2 BA Directly on 4 O'Clock Ski Run

We are anti-extra fees :-) No additional "Cleaning Fee" or "Host Fee" - you pay the Nightly Rate + the VRBO Service Fee + Taxes.

New for 2024-2025 winter season: renovated kitchen with all new tile, cabinets and appliances. New gas fireplace. Photos on the listing have been updated.

Every family member will enjoy what this condo has to offer. At the end of a day of skiing or snowboarding at Breckenridge, there's nothing better than being able to say, 'I'll meet you back at the condo,' and being able to ski right in. Ski back to the condo on the groomed 4 o'clock ski run. Choosing a condo with this Ski-in flexibility allows every family member to ski as long or as little as they like each day.

To start your day of skiing, simply walk 100 yards to the Snowflake Lift located on 4 o'clock road. You can also ski the rest of the way down 4 o'clock ski run and walk to the new Breckenridge Gondola.

At the end of a day of skiing, the on-site outdoor Hot Tub is a great way to relax. We have sleds in every shape and size for the kids to use. Main Street Breckenridge is a surprisingly short walk away, allowing you to leave the car in the parking lot, and walk to dozens of great restaurants and bars. There's also great shopping in town and the stores stay open late. Guests at Double Eagle also have free access to the Upper Village Pool which is covered in the winter time, heated, has restrooms & showers and is about 200 yards from the condo (walk or drive).

This updated condo has new kitchen appliances, renovated bathrooms, new carpet, new furniture, and new bedding and furnishings. It is a great choice for two families, offering two bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each, a third bedroom with a Captain's Bunk for the kids (a full size bed on the bottom with a single bunk bed above it), and a loft with two single beds for the kids as well. The loft is accessed by a ladder and is a great 'hideaway' for the kids. Recommended Maximum sleeping arrangements for a comfortable stay: Bedroom #1: 2 adults, Bedroom #2: 2 adults, Bedroom #3: 2 adults or 3 kids, Loft: 2 kids in the 2 single beds in the loft (loft is best for kids due to the ladder access).

The unit has vaulted ceilings and humidifiers in every bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a nice gas fireplace and a wrap-around balcony with chairs.

Lastly, know that we take your vacation seriously. Know that we have experience renting out our condo, we've been listed on VRBO since 2007 and have had over 300 VRBO bookings since then. Read our reviews and be assured that you'll have a great stay in this condo.

We have a 4 night minimum for Holiday Weekends: Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King.

We have a 5 night minimum for President's Day Weekend.

We also have a 7 night minimum for all stays in the month of March.

Wonderful communication from the start, to include thorough check in instructions and tips for easing our stay. The condo was immaculate, well appointed, roomy, and super close to town. There's a beautiful walking path, nature abound, and we didn't need our car for anything, short of our off road adventures. The supermarket isn't overpriced and there are some really great places to eat in town. Our trip for our son's 21st was so memorable--thank you!

Family ski trip

This was a perfect location. ski in, one block to Snowflake, with 8 minute walk to main st, made the location truly perfect for Breckenridge ski vacation. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!

There is a reason this property is 5 stars across the board. Book with confidence you wont be disappointed. The property is in almost new condition with a fully equipped kitchen. All that is needed is food. The loft is great for teens that want to have some space. Walk to main street in a few minutes. Our family really enjoyed this property and we plan to book again for a winter ski trip. Owner is friendly and we had great communication. Thanks very much.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! Kids loved the loft area! Condo was clean and in the perfect location close to the slopes and walking distance to shops and restaurants! Snow was slushy when we went but we loved skiing in warmer temps and sunshine! Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so might not be ideal for elderly guests especially carrying up heavy luggage! Overall great experience! Would stay again!

Exactly what we needed

The property was clean, updated, well stocked, and the owner provided thorough instructions for anything a renter could need. The location was ideal. Close enough to walk downtown in minutes, but far enough up the hill to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was a fantastic stay for a group. Conveniently located to downtown Breck (10 min walk), short bus ride to the lift and ski in. Hot tub was great, plenty of towels, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great location - short walk to Snowflake lift. Rented from Charter and it worked out great to ski in at the end of the day. Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. Has everything needed for our stay (including plenty of humidifiers).

Family Ski Trip

Stayed with Family (Dad, Mom, 4 adult children ages 23-30). The condo was very attractive and clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Short walk to Snowflake lift. Loved skiing into the property at the end of the day and using the hot tub just outside the building. Owner was very responsive and made it very easy to check in/check out. Close to Main Street in downtown Breckenridge and enjoyed evenings there. Thanks for a great trip!

Great family unit for summer or winter

We had a great time utilizing the condo for a family vacation The loft is a fun space for the older kids. Unit is just off 4 o’clock run for skiing and a very short walk or bus ride to town. We appreciated that the kitchen and other furnishings had been upgraded in the last couple of years.

Location, location, location

Very comfortable condo. Kitchen was very well-stocked with newer appliances and very nice cookware. Our favorite thing about the place was its location. Would be great during ski season but as we were there in the summer, the very short walk downtown was what we loved most. No need to drive and pay to park - it only took maybe 5 mins to walk to Main Street. Would rent again!

Awesome condo!

One of the best places we have stayed in Breck! Short walk to Snowflake lift and at end of day ski right to condo! Short walk to downtown if you don’t want to fight the parking. Condo is very spacious and beds very comfortable. Owners go out of their way to make sure you have all the conveniences of home. We will definitely be back!

EASY! Short walk on a cleared sidewalk to snowflake lift. 150 yards? Maybe. The Ski In super easy and fun. Would recommend Radicato. For an amazing dinner. Short walk into down town. Maybe 5 minutes downhill. Eric was great! Condo comfy
