The comfy living room features large corner windows, a gas fireplace with a 49" TCL/Roku smart TV over it. The dining table is located in front of sliding glass door to covered deck with gas grill. The master suite has a queen size bed with TCL/Roku flat screen TV, large dressing area with a closet with organizer/drawer system. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a twin XL over with closet organizer. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a newly installed murphy bed. Hall bath has just been remodeled and updated along with new interior trims and tile

We were very happy with are stay at Powderhorn. Great location, short walk to main street and lifts. We loved all the amenities this place had to offer, especially the steam shower and heated floors. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The host’s communication was very timely and helpful. The condo was great and everything was as expected. It was a really easy, five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. This was super convenient for all of the skiers and snowboarders in our group. The parking garage was heated and kept our vehicle out of the snow and elements. This was a real bonus when the temps were in the single digits. Through a fluke event on Christmas Eve, the kitchen faucet broke. The management company had their maintenance team on site with a new faucet replacement within a couple of hours. Really impressive for a holiday. We enjoyed this place all the way around and would absolutely stay here again!
Great place for friends getaway - ACCURATE LISTING
The space was large, and the small questions we had were responded to quickly and with complete accuracy. Great management team, perfect location. Can't complain at all. We were very comfortable and the hot tubs across the street were great and hot.
Vacation to Breck to ski. Location was perfect. We walked to restaurants and shops. Quicksilver Lift is very close. Condo was clean and had all kinds of upgrades. Property manager was quick to respond. Would certainly stay there again.
The condo was better than advertised with all the modern upgrades. Steam shower, bidet toilets, floor heaters etc. Closer to Quicksilver lift than the bus stop. Great stay!
Fantastic place to have your base for exploring the Breck and surrounding area. Easy check in and great garage parking for easy in and out driving. 200m walk to the ski school at base of quicksilver amazing and short walk to downtown it is a perfect location. My 11, 9 and 7 year old loved the tech and it was a great condo to return to at the end of a ski day. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
Nicely finished - complete kitchen - the only somewhat negative comment would be that it was cool in the condo and unable to turn the heat up to make a difference. The gas fireplace made up the difference.
This property is location is excellent short walk to the Quicksilver lift. Very modern place with great hot showers with spa feature, heated tile floors, every room had its own thermostat, and the coffee machine is a built in drip which was very convenient. Outdoor ski shelf with combination lock and massive refrigerator with great up to date appliances. My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress is extremely soft and I’m coming from a Tempur-pedic mattress, so had problems adjusting to the softness of that mattress.
We are three 70 somethings and wanted a nice, comfy condo with a decent sitting room/kitchen and an easy walk to the slopes. That’s exactly what we got here. The condo is really well equipped, the location is perfect for walking to the slopes and to the bars and restaurants in town, just an easy 5 minutes or so. Joe the owner was very helpful with our pre trip questions and quick to respond. The managing agents were also helpful and everything was set up nicely for our arrival. Thank you.
Wow! What a trip. Super cute and cozy Condo . Clean and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were nice and warm, but the bidets were pretty amazing. Plenty of everything you need in a condo, even a good variety of board games,highly recommend for a family. It was our first trip to Breckenridge and we will definitely be back. Host was wonderful and quick to communicate with any questions we had. We didn’t have enough time to experience the hot tub, but it is located directly across the street. Thank You for wonderful core memories.
The place is just how it is depicted in pictures and descriptions. I was skeptical, but it was a very short easy walk to quicksilver lift (down the elevator and the back stairs and 5 minute walk). The steam shower, heated floor and toilet seats were a big hit with my wife. I would DEFINITELY go back. Using the bedrooms and Murphy bed we slept 6 adults comfortably with room for one more on the bunk bed. The only drawback was that my truck wouldn’t fit in the garage, but there was an outlet I could plug the block heater into (diesel excursion). This was our third trip to Breck and it was the nicest and most convenient place to the lifts and town.

The unit had CAMERAS IN EVERY ROOM AND BATHROOM.
This is totally unacceptable. The cameras were facing the beds in the bedroom. The camera in the bathroom was set to watch everything. There is a camera in the kitchen watching everything.
All the cameras were ON. My family and children should not be watched by the owners changing. We should not be watched by the owners getting out of the shower.
This is a MASSIVE violation of my family’s privacy.
The management claimed to have no knowledge of all the cameras.
I unplugged all of the devices after I realized they were there and ALL ON.
As a result, I would not suggest renting this unit.
Communication was good. The condo was great! Lots of amenities and features, and a great location. The bench, hooks and cubbies near the door were very useful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants as well.
Wonderful place for this dad and 3 adult sons to ski. All the extra amenities throughout the place were greatly appreciated. Very short walk to ski, we also walked downtown a couple of times. Will stay again!
Fantastic location within walking distance of downtown. The river our back gave a nice atmosphere. The amenities were great for our family. I would highly recommend staying here!
