Check-in was super easy, extra parking was very convenient near the condo! Everything was perfect for our 2 night stay in Breckenridge, to go hiking. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked and staff was quick to respond when we needed batteries for a TV remote. Would highly recommend this company.
We had a wonderful stay at Tannenbaum 34! Everything in the condo was as advertised. Check-in and check-out were flawless. We also loved how walkable the condo is to the shopping/dining district. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Breckenridge!
Perfect location for a guys golf trip. Beautiful view to the back of the property and just a few short blocks from downtown Breck.

The location is very good with an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift. We had 6 people staying here and it was plenty of room for us. I wish we didn't have to go offsite to get and return keys, but wouldn't deter us from renting again.
My friends and I have now rented this condo three times in recent years and we love it! It has an elevator, a parking garage, a balcony with a view of forest, and the sound of the river running nearby. All this, and in walking distance to downtown!
Liquid soaps needed refills; teaspoons would be nice for tableware; not enough dishwasher soap to last the week; otherwise, the kitchen was well outfitted. Instructions for the TV would have been helpful!This was our third stay in this condo; we love the location, the elevator, the garage, and the layout of the space.

The condo was as advertised, plenty of room to spread out. Very convenient , and parking was excellent. The kitchen could use a few more utensils , but we made do as we only prepared breakfast daily and ate out in the evenings.
We had a group of 7 friends staying together and had plenty of space for a ski trip weekend in Breck. The condo was a 10 min walk from the base of peak 9. It's on the 3rd floor and while there is an elevator it is extremely slow, so we did use the stairs a lot (which we felt at Breck's elevation!). The condo had all the amenities you'd expect, the hot tub was not far at very comfortable. The knives were dull, but when are they not at vacation rentals? That's nitpicking anyways. I'd happily stay here again.
Everything was more than acceptable...cleanliness, communication, ease of check in and out. The only thing we would have liked to have seen handled differently was the locks on the exterior doors. There were no dead bolts...only the locks in the door knobs, which can easily be broken into if a person wants to. We were pleased with the neighborhood so not overly concerned but a little more security would have been appreciated and lent a little more piece of mind. Thank you!
My family of four stayed here and had a wonderful time. The check in and check out process was super easy, the condo was very spacious and extremely clean. Parking was easy and we had everything we needed for a great stay in Breckinridge.
Our place had great proximity to Main St - downtown Breckenridge. It was also nestled in near the Blue River in which my kids loved to fish. It had a great mountain vibe!

Great Location
This apartment is within walking distance of everything in Breckenridge. The pool/hot tubs were nice after a day of hiking. The kitchen was well equipped. The overall appearance of the apartment has seen better days. There are stains on the carpet, the one bathroom tub had tape covering a hole. We enjoyed our stay but if we return we would try out another place.
The location of the condo is perfect, a short walk and you’re on the slopes or on Main Street. Checking in/out was seamless and the property has good parking. Our only complaint is that the elevator could use some work.
