Stayed here by myself for a few days of skiing. Location is fantastic for skiing or walking to town. I was a single but plenty of room for another person or a couple with some children.
Wonderful time. Property met our needs and was clean and beautiful. There were a couple of items in regards to the property once we got there that we addressed with the manager. No concerns or complaints!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and very easy to access the slopes! The room was cozy and we loved the fireplace. It made for a perfect Christmas vacation. The kitchenette was stocked with all the necessities we needed and the ski locker was an added bonus.
The location of the property is amazing. Literally steps away from the 5 peaks of Breck and within walking distance of downtown or the bus stops. The unit and facility was extremely clean and for a family of 4 would be very comfortable. The complex was clean and to have covered and heated parking was awesome. Roomy lockers were also available for all of your gear. The kitchenette was nice but only had a small fridge, cooktop, and microwave so meal prep is limited. Overall great property and highly recommend it.
Sofa bed not comfortable, air mattress was. Kitchen pretty small, but other than that - exactly what we wanted. Ski in/ski out for the price was very fair.
I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks! This made it so much easier to get around. I had read reviews and descriptions and knew what I was getting. It was great. My Son said I want to Book this for next Year again!!!
Great location. Easy to head into town. It is not a true one bedroom unit and more of a studio. There is no privacy/door for the area with the bed.
The WiFi worked great, but the directions for connecting were inconsistent. One set of log instructions in the email, one set posted in the unit. After trying a combination of the two we were finally able to log on to WiFi
As mentioned in a previous review, the TV remotes were either missing batteries or were so weak that it was hit and miss when trying to use the remotes.

Synopsis of Stay
There were a couple of issues where I had to contact Marcia. She was prompt on addressing our issues. The elevator was out when we arrived which required us to carry our luggage 3 flights. Not under her control-just a comment. While the condo was neat, clean, and good location, the furniture was old and tired. A new mattress would help tremendously. Also, a chest of drawers would be more of an advantage than the sofa in the front room. I hope this helps.
Great location. True ski in and out. Small but functional kitchen. Nice toilet/sink room separate from bath tub/sink room. Hot tubs, steam and sauna great. Only major challenge is the extreme uncomfortability of the couches. Better sleep couches needed!
Great ski in/out condo at a reasonable price. We took our kids (13 and 10) and were only at the property for lunch breaks, hot tub, and sleep. Bring a cooler bc there is only a mini fridge.... You are steps from the snowflake lift and have ski lockers in the building. The owner replied to any questions within minutes as well. We will be back!
I don't think you'll want to publish this. Although the condo has a superior location, we found the actual condo to be very outdated, especially for the very expensive price we paid. The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable and was very old. Please spring for a memory foam mattress for your guests. The layout of this condo was strange, at best. There was no good place to actually unwind after a long day of skiing. The shower did not drain properly. This was a true waste of my money. Very disappointed.
Love the area. Condo was average. No where did the listing say that there was no Air Conditioning. It was very warm out, so sleeping was uncomfortable. Only 1 window in the condo.
Check in process looked easy enough, but garage code never worked. No phone number for host was provided. Tried calling management company, and that proved unsuccessful. For the entire stay, I had to get out of car, go inside and open garage in order to pull vehicle into the garage.
I would not go back to the same complex.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The location was very convenient to the bus route, so going places in Breckenridge was easy once you figured out the bus routes, didn't have to drive or pay for parking.
Since the condo didn't have air conditioning we wanted to open the one window in the unit, only one side of the window opened so we were not able to get much of a breeze to cool things off.
The remotes for tv's either didn't have batteries or they were so low they wouldn't work.
We were not able to get the dishwasher open and the control knob fell off, so we had to wash the dishes by hand.
I'm still not sure why when you pay an extra fee for "cleaning" you have to wash dishes and take the trash out.
