Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes — it truly doesn’t get any better than this in Breckenridge!

This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen w/DVD player, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We had a great stay at this property! Very convenient access to snowflake lift, with heated garage and ski lockers. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids from age 17 to 2, and everyone had a great time! Communication with the management was easy and they responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended, and we will look to stay again in the future!

This place is better than advertised. Big, good parking, good location. Only caveat I'd point out is if you have beginner skiers it's not the easiest area of Breck to get around but it's an easy shuttle ride to those places. Highly recommend. Extremely responsive staff who made the stay comfortable.

Great Ski Trip

Two friends and I hit Breckenridge for a six night stay to enjoy the last of Winter; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the bars and restaurants in town to skiing in beautiful weather with still plenty of snow; while failing to summit Mount Quandary due to high winds, we had a great trip highlighted by our condominium at Riverbend, which was not only a perfect location right next to the Snowflake lift for ski-in/ski-out convenience, but also was a short walk to town - great accommodations all around!!!

The mattress, sheets and blankets in the Master bedroom were very warn and dirty. When we checked in, the common areas, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but again, the beds and sheets, especially the Master did not look as if the sheets had been changed after the last guest. Kind of grossed us out.

Perfect location

You can’t go wrong with Riversend. Walking distance to the lift and to the downtown. The apartment was super well equipped and everything worked out well for us. Will definitely come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Riverbend was excellent. The lift is just feet away and the rental company is right next to the lift. Made renting and storing skis very easy and convenient. After taking the snowflake trail down the 1st time to go back to the condo we learned that it's not the best way to get back, taking the 4 o'clock trail puts you right across the street from the lift and no flat "poling" to get there. The condo was clean. A bit small for the 7 of us (3 adults & 4 kids), especially when trying to get ready to head out skiing for the day - but we make it work. Everything you needed was right there. Beds were all good except for the master bed, it was terrible. Super saggy and woke up with a neck/back ache in the mornings. Very quiet though, couldn't really hear the neighbors except when there was a bunch of people partying in the outdoor hot tub. We all would stay at this location again, especially being so close to the lift and easily able to walk into town.
