This is the luxurious mountain retreat you’ve been looking for!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to 6. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV w/Xbox, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees, mountain stream, and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Plus, all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Great spot for family of 4

2 king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Location was fantastic, and the house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, would have liked ceiling fans, but we brought a box fan for warm summer nights. I will definitely book here again for another Breckenridge trip and recommend to friends.

Amazing Location!!

This corner unit has a beautiful view of the mountains and Sawmill Creek! The water sounds from the creek were wonderful sleep sounds at night! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. I had one question for the property manager, which was answered immediately via text. They also checked in with us mid-trip to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property! We will definitely book again!

The location was awesome. The overall cleanliness was good, however when the light hit the blinds you can see how dusty they were and cleaning company could do a better job on wiping down the kitchen counters. Otherwise enjoyed our stay, beds clean and comfortable, layout was perfect and loved the amenities, especially the trail in the back!

Best location!

You can't beat this place. Amazing check-in process, once you get your code, you can check yourself in. The property manager was great at communicating and making sure we didn't need anything. The place was amazing with lots of space, great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. But you can't beat the location. Walk out your door to snowflake lift. Ski home. Drop your gear off at the shop next door for an overnight wax, and pick it up in the morning before getting on the lift. Short drive or walk down the hill to town. Easily the best place we have stayed in Breck. We will definitely be trying to stay here again!

Great views!

Our stay at Riverbend was great! The views of the mountains and the sound of the stream outside the balcony were fantastic. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed.
