Fantastic location

This is my second time staying on this property and I really enjoy this adorable condo. It’s clean and cozy and just a short walk to all the great restaurants and stores in Breck. Plus you can hear the creek from the balcony, which is lovely.

Clean, updated, convenient!

This property strikes the perfect balance between ski and town access. The room is totally updated, modern, well equipped and cozy for our family of 3. Directly across the street from the end of 4 O'Clock ski trail made getting home easy. Bus access immediately out front you can get to multiple ski originations or the gondola super easy. We took a 4 minute bus ride to the snowflake lift and were skiing down the mountain within 20 minutes of leaving the room! Heated garage made it easy to get in/out by car. Literally a few hundred yards from central south main street. Kim was a great host and the folks working at the facility were equally great.

Everything was wonderful!! My husband and I are 71 years old and in good shape. One tiny suggestion-a grab bar in the tub/ shower and non slip strips on tub floor. It felt slippery to us. Others our age and older might appreciate this. Thank you to Kim for being very communicative!!

Wonderful long weekend in Breck

Everything was wonderful. Check in process was very easy. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect…right on the river and a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Short walk to the gondola. Rented e-bikes and rode to Frisco which I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent condo, close to everything!

This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this one again in a heartbeat.

A perfect location

This was a perfect spot for our week long vacation in Breck. It was a quick 2 min stroll to the center of town and the shuttle stop. The condo was lovely - just as pictured - and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We were happy to find a fan in the closet! Kim, the owner, was super responsive and attentive. Overall an outstanding experience!

Location! Location! Location!

This was a great location! Once we got to Breck, we never used the car. We walked everywhere or took the free bus. Would highly recommend this 1 bedroom condo. Clean space, easy communication with owner, the washer and dryer was an added benefit and the pool and hot tub were an nice bonus on a sunny day. Loved the balcony view and the sound of the River below.
