We really enjoyed our week at this property in Breckenridge. The property was conveniently located close to both the Quicksilver lift as well as Downtown Breckenridge. A short walk to the lift, and trail ride back in the AM. A short walk into the heart of town at night. The renovated property was well appointed, and well kept. We ordered groceries locally and used the kitchen frequently which was well stocked with the supplies that we needed to cook. The parking garage was great and our car fit, allowing us to keep it out of the weather and clean. The property was quite while we were there allowing for good sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat this location, walking distance to Quicksilver lift and to Main St. shopping district. Unit was in good condition upon arrival and was comfortable for our family of 5.

The condo is in a great location close to Main Street and the Quicksilver lift, especially considering the price. It isn't really ski-in, ski-out - you do have to walk 5-6 minutes (and go up and down a couple of stairs) to get to the Quicksilver lift. There is a bridge behind the building next door that gets you to the lift quicker than the roundabout route that Google Maps lays out. Carrying skis back and forth did get a bit tiring. The condos have ski locks right outside the front doors, but there was no key for the lock for this unit (and even if there were, it wasn't clear how the skis would be locked in place). As an alternative, you can pay for overnight ski storage at the Maggie base area. The condo was comfortable and provided plenty of space. After a tiring day of skiing, it was nice to be able to spread out and relax. Having carts in the garage that can be used to take groceries from the car to the condo would be helpful. It took a bit of time and effort to get all our groceries to our unit.

Owner needs to instruct house keeping to leave minimum supplies stocked up such as: washing detergent, dish washing detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, Coffee machine, some coffee, humidifiers because the air too dry.

My husband & I, plus our two adult offspring, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortably furnished with space to spread out. This is an end unit, very private, with lots of windows to let in the sunshine. The kitchen was well-outfitted for cooking. We loved the location with easy access to the Quicksilver chair & a quick walk to Main St. with it’s lovely shops & restaurants.

Spacious property, perhaps a little dated in furnishings and decor. Very well equipped kitchen. Great access to lift - easy 5 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.
