Recently remodeled, this two bedroom Breckenridge condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time. In the living area, there is a brand new large flat screen TV as well as a gas fireplace. Through the windows you will see great views of town and the mountains. This is always a nice view, especially when you are getting ready for your morning runs. Other amenities this unit provides is a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ski storage, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared grill and a covered parking space. The Sawmill Creek complex is just 20 yards away from the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block into historic Main Street. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

This was a fantastic property...clean and comfortable. Our favorite thing about it, however, was the location. Only a couple of blocks from Main St and numerous shops, restaurants etc. Our visit was summer, but for skiers, it's a couple blocks from the Snowflake lift and the Lowest 4 O'Clock trail terminates at the condo. Highly recommend!
The accommodations were very nice. The unit is located just a short walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. On the negative side, the hot tub was not very appealing and we did not use it during our stay. It was a great place to stay for a quick get-a-way vacation.
First of all the condo was accurately described in the listing. The location was perfect for town and skiing access. Ski rental shop was right across the street which was very convenient. That being said we had several issues with the property. First of all this was by far the noisiest place we have stayed in Breck. The ceiling creaked and cracked the entire time the upstairs people moved around. They woke up at 6 every morning we were there. I know this because it sounded like the ceiling was falling in. The floor creaked with every step they took and it was loud. Then the shower etc... It woke us up and it continued until they left to ski. It was much louder with the ski boots on. We just haven’t ever experienced that much floor noise in a condo. Secondly we ran out of hot water all four nights we stayed. There are 4 adults in our family. The first night we ran out of hot water after 1 1/2 showers. We called and reported it and maintenance was there quickly and turned up the water heater temp. This doubled the amount of showers but still only got us 3 hot and one lukewarm/cold one. These were quick showers not long and relaxing like we wanted after all day skiing. The last night we all got really quick hot showers but I didn’t have hot water to shave with. Thirdly the outlet in the second bath didn’t work. My daughter dried her hair in the living room. Also the light switch in the second bedroom didn’t turn on anything. Lastly the bedroom windows are only a few feet from the elevator door. So we also got to hear people coming back home after a night on the town. One last complaint, there were only 2 dish towels. Really? There were at least 10 pot holder but 2 dish towels and a sponge. Also the WiFi was sketchy the first couple of day and maintenance said several units had complained. It worked fine after that.
Our stay was on point. Until the power went out, and the elevators stopped working. Talk about leg day. Otherwise it was perfect, 1 block from Main Street, steps to the bus stop. Thank you. See you next year!
We had the best time staying at this home away from home. Beds are comfortable, the condo is fully equipped and close to skiing, gondola, and the town.
This was an awesome place for us. We could get anywhere walking in minutes.
Would definitely recommend this place for any other family that needs a second bedroom with 2 beds.
Came to Breckenridge for our Granddaughter’s wedding at Sapphire Point. We were very pleased with Sawmill Creek Condos & the representation VRBO had of #304. The condo was everything thing the pictures described.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very easy to deal with the staff, and the location was great for an early fall hiking vacation.

Great condo for ski vacation
Condo in great ski in location with large second bedroom that could easily accommodate four. Getting to slopes is easy since there is a shuttle stop close by. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer really small and odd request to add vent water to a container but minor thing. Would definitely stay again. Another small oddity is the pictures of butts and crotches of cowboys. Probably supposed to be artistic. Lol

Great Stay in Breckenridge and Sawmill Creek. This time we had the grandkids and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved being able to get up the mountain quickly and ski home in the afternoon. Just can't beat the location of Sawmill. They were able to walk into town, go sledding, eat and shop. Condo had everything we needed. Can't wait to see the upcoming remodeled fireplace in this unit. We'll be coming back to this unit again this summer - another beautiful time to be in Breckenridge. Great Western is the best!! Everyone is so accommodating. They really now the hospitality industry.

3 Guys and a Condo
Three of us came to go skiing and enjoy the west! All three of us really enjoyed our stay.
The location is perfect. You are minutes from Main Street, and you can ski/board right into the condo parking lot.
The unit is very clean and the bathrooms are all updated. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were heated well.
The Fire place has a timer which is great. Ensures that we don't forget to turn it off.
The only cons are no cleaning supplies. I wish a vacuum was available, and the TV in the living room has a mind of its own!
The location of this condo holds all the value , and you and your family would be silly not to consider spending you Breckinridge trip here.
