We had a group of 12, the room setup worked perfect for ys. We all commented in how clean the house was throughout. The kitchen is grear for large groups, the living room was ideal for playing games and sitting around enjoying ourselves. Sauna and hot tub were a perfect addition. Everyone loved the house and location. The hosts are amazing to work with. Our first big family trip and it was the perfect spot. I would stay here again

July 2025 Stay

Check in was very easy. Kitchen is well-stocked compared to most rentals we've stayed at in the area. Everything was clean and as-described in the listing. Did run into a plumbing issue but Amanda replied and resolved the issue promptly (thanks again!). The property is in a great/convenient location, close to a lot of various activities. Only minor complaint is how noisy traffic can be on Ski Hill Rd (which the property backs right up to), but not much can be done about that. :) Our group had a blast and we plan to stay here again sometime!

This house worked great for everyone in our group to have their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool table! The location was convenient for the skiers in the group. We will be coming back!

The Perfect Chalet

A perfect and beautiful home for 14 adults. The house is extremely clean with wonderful amenities [comfortable beds, sheets and towels]. It's the perfect chef's kitchen. We prepared all our meals here.It's a great location to Peak 8. Amanda is a great communicator and response quickly. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend a stay at Chalet Chloe.

A great house if you’re a skier or not. Beautiful home, plenty of rooms yet a cozy main area/kitchen for everyone to gather and hang out. Our group had a wonderful time at Chalet Chloe. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pool table and huge kitchen. It was fun to have our meals and games together at the big table. Great House for Ski Vacation

We had a great stay at Chalet Chloe. It was perfect for our group of 3 families. 6 adults and 7 children fit nicely with their own space and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, making for an easy time cooking and hanging out. We even had a chef come and cook for our group while there. The location to Peak 8 was also perfect! No time wasted getting to and from the slopes. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice house

We had a very nice pre Christmas vacation at Chalet Chloe and Amanda was a wonderful host. The house is very comfortable and close to Peak 8 skiing area. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, bathrooms very nice, sauna and jacuzzi work very well. The kitchen is big. Minor issues were the living room pillows were very dusty, rugs on the rooms needed a vacuum, BBQ grill pretty old and wifi service is not good on rooms upstairs.

Great Family Gathering!

We had 11 adults and 2 small children. Kitchen and dining were perfect for cooking and dining our big family. 2 dishwashers a big plus; stove /oven great. Last shuttle stop so close made it easy for different ski schedules. Enjoyed hot tub, sauna, pool table and puzzles. You will have a great time!

The Chalet Chloe cabin worked great for our family reunion! Everyone was impressed with the cabin. One of our family members forgot their blanket at the cabin and Amanda went out of her way retrieve the blanket and ship it back to us. It was much appreciated!

Location, location, location. Skip the shuttle and walk from this fantastic house to Peak 8. So simple to get to for first chair and a short easy walk after you finish at 4:00.The house is fantastic. Spacious. Great light. Kitchen is a cook's delight. Our group loved the sauna. Area off provides convenient storage for your skis, snowboards and boots.Host Amanda very helpful and quick to respond. We'll be back.

Perfect size and wonderful house (but cleaning fee!)

This was exactly the house we needed for a college friend reunion. It was 6 families, so the 6 rooms with their own bathrooms was perfect and much appreciated! We loved the sauna and hot tub, and was very happy with all the kitchen supplies! The hosts were very communicative. Our only issue was the expensive cleaning fee (fair! it's a big house) and still expected to unload the dishwasher, take out all the trash, recycling, and wipe the counters before leaving.

3 families- perfect house

Great house, all skiers were able to walk to base of 8 (10 min walk) or take the shuttle (2 minute walk). Amanda was great! Fully stocked kitchen. We were blessed with a ton of snow and were promptly plowed out. The town was still decorated and it felt like the inside of a snow globe. We were able to ride the gondola or shuttle into town from the house. Picked up groceries in Denver to reduce the cost. Grab some oxygen too. Loved every minute. Learned that baking is not easy in high altitude.

Annual Family Ski Trip

We are a growing family, so had to find a larger place to stay this year. We have loved the ski in ski out option due to parking challenges. Cabin Chloe was perfect for us with each bedroom having a bathroom, many amenities-shower, tub, radiant heat to floor, fireplaces, reading areas, look out from 2nd floor to first floor, large downstairs bedroom with queen bottom bed with top bunk bed, several single beds with great down comforters and premium bedspreads. Sauna, hot tub, and BBQ. Great balcony with walk out pool room French doors. Kitchen is a dream with large gas stove and kitchen serving bar, has separate coffee bar with large dining room table that seats 12-14 guests. Parking is wonderful and easy access for skiers to the bus stop at top of road. Although not a ski in ski out it has quick access to the bus and the ski slopes with chair lifts are close.Sledding saucers and sleds available at the house. Large garage entry with ski slots in garage for hanging the equipment along with lots of wall hangers inside house for jackets, scarfs, hats, snow boots, and such.Great property! Great location! Would rent again!:)
