In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

The views are amazing the location ideal…about a half a mile from Main Street and that’s where the restaurant, bars and shops are located . My girlfriends and I really enjoyed this experience . It exceeded every expectation. Would definitely stay here again.
Easy entry and check-in. Easy walk to the gondola to get to the mountain for skiing. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Fantastic kitchen and dining area.
Absolutely would book this property again! Everything was perfect. Amazing views, clean, unmatched proximity to top of mountain and to the village. Gondola is even closer to the property than advertised. I cannot recommend this property enough and I cannot wait to return!
This is an awesome property in a fantastic location .We had 6 adults and 5 children.So relaxing and the gondola is really close to go skiing and going to town.
We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Breckenridge! The location couldn't have been better—just minutes away from gondola access and downtown, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house was spotless when we arrived and incredibly well maintained. Could not recommend this house enough.

Awesome house. Very well kept. The property manager is on top of it all when needed. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would be my preference, however, not common in the region. Our family loved this house and would definitely stay again.
A duplex with a good location close to the gondola
Not ski-in, ski-out, but within easy walking distance to the gondola. Good views. Nice balcony. As another reviewer noted, queen-sized beds are not quite "queen-sized." Surprised there was no ice maker for the expense of the rental. Still a great property.
The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was well-maintained and well-stocked. The location can’t be beat with the short walk to the gondola. Would love to stay there again!
Great location, easy walk to the Gondola even for younger children. The gaming system was a huge hit with our group. Well equip kitchen and comfortably slept 13 people!! Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.
Beautiful home, view of ski mountain and location. Well stocked with everything you could need. Did not know gondola was closed. Ryan -the property manager was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Could use new bed in downstairs bedroom. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Steam shower was a plus. Home and property were very clean. Thank you!
It is a beautiful place- there was just my husband and I so we didn’t use the whole house. Some of the technical things did not work well, I suspect the batteries on the remotes were low.
Great location. The TV setup was a joke. Comcast was not mentioned. The Smart apps were. Comcast was the only thing that worked somewhat. Audio was poorly defined. That God we were outdoors a lot so we didn't need the TV and audio system
This house was amazing! It had all the bells and whistles and was so spacious for 2 families. The views from the house and hot tub were spectacular and it was a true ski in, ski out! It was literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola, which took you right to peak 8. Also, a very short drive to town. Our only complaint was that the TV's were not working (hard with 4 kids), but management was very responsive, although the situation could not be fixed during out stay. Will definitely be staying in this house again!
This home is absolutely spectacular! The layout of the house is wonderful, we had 11 people & you would have never known. The gondola is less than a 2 min walk. The adults took it down into town for groceries, shopping & to visit restaurants. The kids took it for skiing - Love the convince it added.
The views are literally amazing - we took several family photos on the deck with the mountains in the background.

Loved every about this place but for the price changes need to be made!
The queen beds are extremely small (it says queen on the mattress tag) & aren’t made for two adults to sleep in the bed. The master is perfect except when the sun rises so do you bc one window is missing shades & the shades on the other windows are inadequate. The management tried their best to make our stay enjoyable.
