Featuring a completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, flat screen televisions in every room, gas fireplace, and cozy mountain decor, you'll feel right at home...but with exceptional views of town and Baldy Mountain right from your private balcony. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, walk to historic Main Street or the Gondola to Peak 8 in less than 5 minutes or take the free town bus located right in front of the Sawmill complex for a quick ride to the Snowflake chairlift. Enjoy one of the best locations to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Excellent location, needs new mattresses, way to soft, and thermostat needs to worked on. Unable to set temperature at night. Condo hot at night. Condo was close to town, easy walking to town and access to bus line at front door.

We had a great time skiing at Breck. The run right beside the place was nice and would have been much better but the warmer weather was making the run a bit slushy. Could use some care. Sofa pillow had a tear, light switches didn’t turn anything on in the bedrooms,, only one humidifier and it didn’t work. In the kitchen, I couldn’t find a lid to the pitcher and it needs some tongs and a sharp pairing knife. There were no useful guides on dinning or shopping or using the bus.
Great space for 2 adults and 4 kids. You can catch a quick bus ride to snowflake lift and ski right into the condo location. Just a few blocks to shops and restaurants.
Perfect ski in location. East to jump on the bus just outside the property to get to the lifts.

The condo was conveniently located, but very dark inside. It said it could sleep 8, but there were only 3 beds and one sofa, which did not pull out into a bed. We had to check in and drop off keys off site, which was inconvenient in heavy traffic and there was only 1 parking pass allowed. 8 people and skiis and luggage cannot arrive in one car. It was not user friendly at all.
Loved this spot- great location close to Main Street. We left coffee filters we had to purchase for the next guests! It’s nice to have the basics available (coffee filters, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc). We purchased all of the above. Bed in master bedroom was pretty “springy”, but overall nice place.
Pros:Condo was clean. Location great walked to everything.
Cons: Bed in single room was truly awful no one in our group could sleep on it. No coffee filters no extra blankets. Elevator out of order for 2 days.

Very clean and nice condo. All the amenities are available. Close proximity to downtown. We live in a quiet community in Kansas, so noise factor was a bit of an issue for us, as location is on the bypass/truck route through Breck. A lot of construction going on in the community right now.

Great location; above average: ok condo unit
I thought overall the property was nice and our particular condo was above average, but didnt blow my socks off. Some pros were:
-Location. Two thumbs way up.
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Full kitchen at your disposal
-Balcony with view of mountains and shopping district
- property managers were easy to communicate with and friendly
-Easy walk to just about anywhere you wanted to go in town
Cons were:
-Condo unit is just above the dumpster area, and trash trucks came around 4 or 5 a.m. and were very loud
- unit only had ONE box fan for the entire condo. No ceiling fans. When vacationing in summer it does not cool down enough, even with the windows open at night. (IMO)
-some windows did not have blinds that provided privacy at all (namely, the kitchen area), other blinds were crooked and generally cheap and see through
- cleanliness of condo was not great upon arrival. It had been cleaned, yes. But there was splatter on walls behind doors (looked like toothpaste), countertops not wiped down thoroughly, and the balcony door was left unlocked. It seemed rushed, and it showed. (We had to wait until the exact 4 o’clock check in as well. We did not get in a minute early)
-hot tubs were not very hot. This may be a personal preference thing, but with there being two, i left one of them should have been at a higher temp setting.
This place is perfectly located in the wonderful town of Breckenridge. It's walking distance to almost anything you want to do. The condo area was relatively quiet. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. My family of 5 visited for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be that the Master bed be replaced - it was a bit bouncy!.. Other than that, we're looking forward to coming back & staying longer.
Everything was perfect. Great location. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well equipped. Would have liked directions to work the three remotes. Would stay here again.

Excellent location right off 4o'clock run making it easy to get home after a day of skiing, and then perfect for exploring downtown shops and restaurants. Easy access with shuttle stops in both directions right in front of the building. It had everything we needed. Used the spa and cooked meals in the kitchen. At night we did have little kids in the unit above running around for a while each night. Maybe they should put kiddos on the first floor - other than that the staff addressed our needs with more toilet paper and new light bulbs in some fixtures immediately. I would rent this again!

Great place at Sawmill!!
Fantastic! Easy check in and very helpful house staff. Needed a light bulb and maintenance was right up. Great access to shuttles to either Peak 9 or Peak 8. Ski down 4 oclock to condo. Walk in to town for dinner or shopping. We'd rent again!! Perfect for 6 if everyone comfortable sharing a double bed. Thanks.

This is the second year in a row we booked a condo at the Sawmill. Though we couldn't book the same unit this year, I think this unit was better than the first. Nicely updated, clean, stocked, and with ample room for four skiers, we probably lucked out! Not to mention the location right off the 4 O'Clock run and immediately adjacent to a bus stop that takes you to the Beaver Run lift! I'd rent this place again in a heart beat!
