This Luxury Condo is ideally located at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Village at Breckenridge, at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Lift, where the mountain meets the town of Breckenridge. Beautiful views of the slopes, Ten Mile mountain range and the Blue River. Balconies on threes sides of the building and off of each bedroom. This is absolutely the most convenient location in all of Breckenridge. Watch you skiers and the children's "Village" ski school from the condo. Walk across Park Avenue and enjoy a fine Mexican meal at Mi Casa or walk a block in be in the heart of town on Main Street. In the morning, stroll across the plaza to catch Quick Silver Twin 6 pack chairlift and you are on the mountain while most are searching for parking. It is a very convenient way to arrive since the condo is in town and next to the slope. A car is not needed. -Paid day and overnight parking are also available in the Town of Breckenridge with free bus service. The bus stop is right next to the Village at Breck. I stayed for two weeks and was incredibly happy in this condo. Location could not be better! It’s beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. All of us were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and bedding! Very, very comfortable and cozy and beyond what you would expect from a rental condo.The host were responsive with any questions I had and I would highly recommend staying here

The condo is in the best location. It’s right by the lift, there’s a nice brunch spot in the condo complex area, and it’s a quick walk to the Main Street. The condo was clean, has plenty of space for a group, and the kitchen has all the essentials you could need. The only amenity we used was the hot tub. There’s a nice space, games, and equipment. Jeff was responsive to messages. To check in and access keys, you download an app. You use this to access parking garage and condo.
What a wonderful condo, amazingly appointed. Perfect location for ski in ski out, or to simply wander town, all walkable. Definitely buy the parking pass, otherwise parking can be tricky. Will stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at Peak 9. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It had 3 king size beds that were very comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again.
The condo is very nice- with great beds, bathrooms, and kitchen. The fireplace is A+. Good views of the mountains. Extremely easy access to Peak 9 (like 50 steps). Pool and hot tub access. Right at the top of Main Street. Very kind, responsive owners. Highly recommend.
This is the second time a I’ve gotten together with two old high school buddies, for hiking and relaxing around Breck.
It’s a great condo. We stayed six nights. Central location makes it easy to get everywhere.
