Read a book in the cozy reading nook or play one of the many provided board games with your friends and family. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the balcony at the bar table, surrounded by fairy lights and take in the fresh mountain air.
This recently remodeled two bedroom condo has a brand new beautiful kitchen and bedding, along with custom bathrooms. Each condo has their own washer and dryer as well as a covered parking space, access to the indoor hot tubs, shared grills, and complimentary WiFi. While being only a block from Main Street, stay close to the slopes with a short shuttle trip to the nearest chair lift or a walk to the Gondola, and ski back down to your space at Sawmill Creek via the Four O'Clock run.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great condo perfect for 2-4 people. Location is excellent. You can take the 4 o’clock run all the way to the condo at the end of the day. Short walk to downtown Breck. Main office staff were great. Two hot tubs for condo were barely used and nice at the end of the day. Would stay here again.

We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again.
Everything was great! Location is shuttle out, ski in. Shuttle stops are right at the condo and can get you to any part of the mountain. Skiing home for lunch or at the end of the day is awesome on the 4 oclock run. Highly recommend this rental!
We stayed here for our annual brother's ski trip. The location of this property could not be better. Busses run right outside the front door to get up to the mountain and you can ski home via 4 O'clock run. Additionally, you are a short walk to downtown. The unit itself is good. We didn't cook in any nights, so I can't comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. The furniture is adequate, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, everything was clean. We would stay here again.
Overall our stay was incredible. Location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Location was clean and amenities were great. Located close to main street and it was wonderful just being able to walk everywhere. Only downside was you could hear people upstairs when they moved around - including the cleaners. My family literally sang along with music from upstairs because it was so audible. Other than that little hiccup, everything was great. We will probably be back.
Warm & cozy condo, with plenty of room to relax. Very clean, had everything you could ever need in the kitchen, etc. Great location to Main St and Ski lifts. Would definitely stay here again.
Check in is handled a little differently than most of our VRBO stays. We had to go to a different location (property managers office off Main st.) to pick up physical keys. Then when we checked out, we had to drop the keys off at that same location.
Great location and reasonable price for Breckenridge
this was a very clean, renovated condo in Sawmill Creek Condomiums. Check in and parking very simple and quick. Only negatives would be that there were zero pantry staples in the kitchen - and by that I mean not even salt and pepper! And the hot tub room was way too hot (not the hot tub itself, but the room it is in).
The location is great! One block off Main St, close to the gondola, and right by the trolly stop. Overall, this is a great spot and I would stay here again. However, the pictures on the listing (when I booked) were a little deceiving - it showed a picture of a two story house. I thought I was booking a condo that was part of the house. I didn't appreciate the company that manages this booking giving my information to a real estate agent.
Those are minor complaints and overall, it was a good place stay.

Great location in Breck
The best thing about this condo is LOCATION...it's EXCELLENT for everywhere you want to go!! Only one block from Main Street and the Gondola. The condo itself is spacious, but VERY dated. The carpet and fabric couch were dirty, and the bedding did not smell clean. If you're looking to eat in...the kitchen is well equipped.
Also...the guests in the condo above were very noisy, and apparently big "partiers". After 3 days of it, we reached out to the local police.
I've stayed on many Breckinridge condos which were built in a similar era. This unit shares the same dated decor as other properties, but what makes this unit stand out is the unique loft space with two full beds AND a private full bath. The location is very convenient for walking to town and the gondola. A bus stop for the Free Ride is feet away from the units. Sawmill Creek literally runs through the property and provided a lovely addition to the property. The hot tubs were clean and spacious. The final perk: an elevator! The check in office is not located on the property (no key pad for entry) which might be a challenge if you're arriving by shuttle.
This condo is in a great location. We enjoyed being a couple blocks from Main Street. The owners did a great job of updating the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
The only constructive criticism I would have is the couch was uncomfortable and too low. It was stained and very hard to get out of. There was no other seating in the living room. My husband has a bad knee and couldn’t get up. He had to sit on a bar stool to watch tv all week. I would suggest a couple comfy chairs.
The deck was great with a beautiful view. Again, I’d suggest a couple comfy chairs.

We’ve been coming to Breck for years and this stay was disappointing. Location is perfect and the property is nice but the condo furnishings were a disappointment. One of the two queen beds was tilted and the mattress was terrible. Several of the pillows were well used and the sheets dingy. Shower floors were made with river stone??? Tough on the feet. Kitchen was missing some essentials. And finally, the convertible sofa was very low to the ground and extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Maybe if we were only there to ski we could look past all of this but we were here visiting family. Won’t come back here.
