This updated end-unit studio is the ideal spot for whatever your plans may be. A short walk to Main Street and near a free shuttle stop to the lifts, getting around is easy. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace or heated pool & hot tubs. Free on-site parking, natural light and a full kitchen make it feel like a home away from home. Everything you need for a short or extended stay!
The space • Queen murphy bed • Gas fireplace • Full size kitchen with all the necessities, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. • Kitchen peninsula with seating for 4 • Full bathroom • Large picture window with a sliding glass door leading to a small patio • Open closet with hangers as well as a dresser with 6 drawers for all your clothes storage needs
Location: • 2.5 Blocks to Main St • 2.5 blocks to the Snowflake Lift • 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift • Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option. See below for Upper Village Pool details. • Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9). • This condo is on 2nd floor and requires 1.5 flights of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building. • Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs: • Located adjacent to the building parking lot • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run or Peak 9 are OPEN*
Ski Out Access: • To the Snowflake Chairlift*: About 2 blocks up 4 O'Clock Run Rd. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8. • To the Quicksilver Lift*: Similar distance as walking to the Snowflake Lift. To get there, head toward the Upper Village Pool, cross Village Rd and take the right into the alley just BEFORE you reach Park Ave. Follow that road to the Quicksilver Lift. *Snowflake Lift and/or Quicksilver Lift may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
Ski In Access: • You can take the 4 O'Clock Run down to the Pine Ridge complex. Walk through the Pine Ridge complex, to 4 O'Clock Rd, cross the street back to the Sundowner entrance. *4 O'Clock Run may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note » The minimum age to rent is 21. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Guests have the ability to park up to one car in the outdoor parking area. » Pets are strictly prohibited per the HOA. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
