Step onto the private deck to enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding aspens, pines, and mountains, while the open layout provides everything you need for a relaxing Breckenridge getaway.

    Peak 8 Village offers shared laundry facilities, ski lockers, and the free Breckenridge shuttle stop conveniently located at the entrance to the property. This unit also includes parking for two vehicles. Please note this is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator access.

    Located at the top of Ski Hill Road, you'll be just minutes from Peak 8 Base Area, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and the BreckConnect Gondola. Downtown Breckenridge's restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities are easily accessible via the complimentary shuttle, making this an ideal home base in every season.

Great location, place is average, well used. Virtually no pots pans bowls so hard to cook meals. Driveway is icy and treacherous. Shower doesn’t drain.

We were disappointed with the state of this rental. It was fine but definitely had some wear to it. It is older and outdated. Post says kitchen was updated, but that must have been quite a while ago because I would not call it updated at all. Pictures definitely make it look much nicer. The description also said there was a queen size sleeper sofa, but there was a different couch that was not a sleeper sofa. There was a queen air mattress, so at least we had enough sleeping space but it was inconvenient and took up the whole living room and was not as expected. Communication with host was timely. It worked but we would not stay there again.

Don't stay here

Strongly suggest avoiding this VRBO in Breckenridge. It's advertised as a quality stay, but what you get is bottom-tier, similar to a Motel 6. Right from the start, there's a nasty smell of rotten food that just doesn't go away. Misleading listing too – it says two bathrooms, but there's only one. The beds are a joke; two twins that are falling apart – one's broken, the other barely holds up. The towels felt like sandpaper, really cheap stuff. Even the throw pillows are in bad shape, torn up like they've been attacked by a cat. The furniture's probably picked up from a thrift store; the couch is so bad, it uses regular pillows for back cushions. The only decent thing about this place is it's close to the FreeBrek bus stop. But that's about it.
