Whether you're skiing in the winter or biking and hiking in the summer, you'll enjoy stylish Mountain Modern furnishings, convenient access to downtown, and the mountains just outside your door. Guests have one on-site parking spot and can easily walk to the Breck Connect Gondola, Main Street, shops, and restaurants.
Please note that this cozy unit is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator access.
Proximity: Located directly across from City Market at the entrance to Breckenridge, this condo provides quick and easy access to both town and the slopes. It's about a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) to the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop on Airport Road, just 0.5 miles from historic Main Street, and 0.5 miles from the base of the BreckConnect Gondola with direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 (though the bus is often easier if wearing ski boots).

Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

We had an incredibly positive experience at this location. The property was very clean, less than a mile from downtown, and was stocked with the kitchen/bathroom on supplies. Would definitely recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom rental in Breckenridge. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to downtown Breckenridge as well as hiking trails, shops, and restaurants.Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!
It was a very attractive and clean property. It was walking distance to town and convenient to a shopping center as well. We would book it gain if staying in Breck.
The apartment was spotless and offered every amenity we needed! Parking was ample-never had an issue.The location was good. Grocery store was right across the street and very close to main roads and the downtown area. Management responded very quickly to requests. We last minute asked for an early entrance to the property and very quickly got a response. We also got locked out (batteries in door lock) and management had an individual to repair within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

The space was a great location, directions were clear. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The reusable shopping bag that left for us came in handy! I didn’t notice when booking that there is no AC in the unit, so that was my error, but it worked out fine because there weee fans in the unit that did the job!
This was a cute, cozy, modern apartment close to a little market by a gas station and the BreckConnect gondola. I loved it and the convenience of the location being able to walk almost everywhere.

This rental was adorable. Everything was perfectly clean and the location was quiet. Only complaint was the pillows…they could definitely use an upgrade. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will hopefully be back again next time I’m in CO.

Park Ave Flat 12 was exceptional and has beautiful modern decors. The beddings and the entire flat are very clean, neat, and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back.
Okay, so if you're looking at this property, you're already looking at the price point, and how low it is for what is advertised. So, the furnishings are bare bones, but there is nothing untrue offered. Keep in mind, however, that this is Breckenridge, the highest altitude base in the Western Hemisphere, at 9600 feet, so plan accordingly. My wife had acute mountain sickness the entire week and was miserable. But the site is great for the money, and located within an easy walk of 3 ski rentals, the gondola, a super market, and two liquor stores. Only thing missing was the hot tub, so don't say you weren't warned on that one issue.
Beautiful Condo in a Great Location, but Too Warm for Comfort
The condo was beautiful, modern, and conveniently located, with easy access to grocery store. The design and amenities were clean and well-maintained.However, I encountered one issue during my stay: the temperature inside the condo. Even with the heat completely turned off, the unit stayed above 70 degrees, which was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. I tried opening windows to cool things down, but it didn’t help much.If you’re someone who prefers a cooler sleeping environment, this could be something to consider. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place to stay if temperature control isn’t a concern for you.Overall, a great condo with a small downside that might not affect everyone.
We had a wonderful stay! The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a great location in Breck and an easy 5 or so minute walk to Main Street.The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals, which made our stay even more convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was simple and straightforward.Overall, the property offered everything we needed and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.
This place was beautiful. Very cozy. Everything was nicely decorated. It was warm and welcoming. The views are amazing. Check in was easy, we had no issues. The owners we promptly responsive and when we had to make adjustments to the trip they made it easy and stress free. I would for sure stay here again.
