Summer is great time to visit Breckenridge with mild mountain weather when it is hot at lower elevations. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, golf, horseback riding, ATV riding, shopping, in-town dining, all family activities at Peak 8 Base (alpine slide, roller coaster, zip lines, ropes course mini golf, etc.).


Centrally located in the heart of Breck, this condo is conveniently close to skiing, restaurants, shops and other local attractions. Stroll to downtown, just 2 blocks away. Or, hop aboard the BreckConnect Gondola, also 2 blocks away, for a quick ascent to the Peak 8 Base. Ski back on the 4 O’ Clock Trail, just a block away from the Condo. Some guests never use their car the whole time they’re up here.

When you get back, no need to lug your skis, boards, gear or groceries up flights of stairs. Easy elevator access gets you to the top floor, so you can take off your boots and relax.

And what a great place to come back to. High ceilings flooded with natural light and mountain views create a refuge to kick back after shredding world class ski runs or dining on main street. Rustic style throughout this cozy 1,265 square foot condo features charming mountain decor, leather furnishings and wood trim.

Make yourself at home in the open concept living area, marked by high wood beam ceilings and vintage ski memorabilia. Prop your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while you catch up on your favorite shows or sports on the Smart/cable TV. If TV’s not your thing, there is free WiFi, books, games and the hot tub is right downstairs.

You will have no trouble creating homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dining table seats 6 and has views of downtown Breckenridge and Bald Mountain.

If your group has night owls or early risers there are separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs.

Wake up to views of the sun shining on Peak 8. The Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed, separate his and her closets, in room TV and private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a room with two 2 full beds as well as a loft with 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also an adjacent bathroom upstairs.

Amenities include in-unit laundry machines as well as the complex swimming pool (open during the summer), hot tub (open year round) and parking for one vehicle.

Best Breck Stay!

This property is an excellent location. You can catch the gondola to the slopes or walk to town. Unit is kept nice and clean and owner/management company was easy to work with.

This was an excellent location! Just 2 blocks from Main street shopping and restaurants and right on the shuttle route to Peaks 7 & 8. Condo was comfortable and cozy, plenty of space for a larger group. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of towels. My teens enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. All in all, would stay here again!

Best Stay in Breckenridge!

This condo is the perfect size in the perfect location. We love being able to walk to the gondola to go skiing and walk to town for all sorts of activities....shopping, wine blending class, wine tasting, and lots of fun dinners. The owner is easy to work with and property is exactly as listed.

Here for a girls skiing trip and loved the proximity of the condo. Close to bus stops and my absolute favorite, 4 o’clock ski run to end the day. We even walked into town with a short walk. Defiantly will choose this condo again when we come back with family.
