Conveniently situated right next to the Snowflake chairlift, you'll be in the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Inside the home, you'll find a bright and open living space with beautiful furnishings, an attractive stacked-stone gas fireplace, and a large full kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware for all your homemade meals. Enjoy a family game night over the dining table and movie nights with the large TV and DVD player. Additionally, right at your stay, appreciate having access to a hot tub, pool, game room, and fitness center. The unit does not have air conditioning.

Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

BlueSky Breckenridge

Great place with lots of amenities. The condo was very nice and close to Downtown. There is also a shuttle to take you around. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for ski in/ out

Wonderful property with easy ski in/ out on snowflake lift. They have ski/ boot storage for you along with underground parking. They also provide and easy shuttle service to/from the downtown area. My son and I really smiled our stay.

We loved the clean and comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff was very accommodating and always helpful. The shuttle was quick and convenient for and driver was friendly. We loved the access to snowflake lift right outside the first floor door. We are looking forward to staying here again!!

Great place!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and fell in love with Breckenridge. Blue Sky was beautiful and our room was big and super clean. The staff were super nice and gave us great recommendations of trails and where to eat. The complimentary shuttle bus was an amazing bonus. We will for sure recommend blue sky to all of our friends and family and will definitely be coming back soon!

Great location ski in/ski out!

This is our 2nd trip to Blue Sky and Breck for skiing vacation! Wonderful location and Blue Sky offers many amenities: hot tub, heated outdoor pool, fitness room, complimentary shuttle to Breck. We will be back. Our condo was very spacious and clean, but could benefit from a "Refresh" with some new furniture and area rugs due to wear and tear and marks/fraying. Thank you as we really enjoyed our stay at Blue Sky!

Blue Sky Breckendridge 402

This unit was absolutely beautiful and very spacious with beautiful views. We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did not use the kitchen but it was equipped with everything that would be needed. The employees of Blue Sky were very personable and accomodating. Would definitely like to return.

Great property

We have stayed at BlueSky in the summer and wanted to stay again in the winter. It was great to be able to walk out the door and get on the ski lift. Free shuttle service was a nice bonus as was the hot tub and heated pool (common area). The condo was well appointed. Only criticism would be that there is no shelf in the shower - had to put toiletries on the floor.

Great hotel

The property was great, 3 hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and game room was a hit with the kids. Room was very nice but the cleaning wasnt great. Found eye contacts on the floor and stuck to the sheets. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. But overall a good place to stay

Close to lift - great amenities

Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms are the highlight of the condo. The amenities make this an ideal spot for a mixed age group: spa, shuttle, ski valet, boot room, game room, on-site lift tickets and rentals right next to Snowflake lift. The staff are helpful and friendly. The kitchen had all the basic dishes, glasses and cookware. Would be helpful to have had a few storage containers available for leftovers as well as foil and plastic wrap. The furniture needs a substantial refresh--rug in living room is frayed and furniture is generally uncomfortable (except for the club chair). It's functional but would have been nice to have a comfortable room to gather at end of day.

Amazing stay!
